With 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. Sleeps 6. The villa features all the essential amenities like WiFi, AC, a washer/dryer, and heat. You'll also find 2 bathrooms, complete with 2 showers and a bathtub. Whether you're lounging in the comfortable living space, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or enjoying the screened lanai with a view of the pond, this quaint villa is the perfect home away from home. You can also enjoy the community pool, playground, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts, or step back in time and visit Anna Marie island pictured below and is only 5-6 miles away. There is also Bradenton beach, full of great restaurants on the water, and so many other beaches worth visiting as well. Check out Manatee Beach with a cafe, volleyball, and playground! Mini golf is less than 2 miles away and water rental activities are at the near by marina, The Ringling museum, Bradenton river walk, science museum, flamingo center are all close by to visit. Fun Time in Bradenton
The property was as advertised. Comfortable and plenty of room for a family.

Beaches
Condo was as listed, community/neighborhood though has way to many rules for a vacation spot. You cant not have noise that goes outside your small area. No noise after 11pm at all which was hard to maintain with 4 kids ranging from 2-11years old on a vacation trip. Beaches stay packed and if you dont arrive by 9am you probably want find parking. If you do arrive early and get a parking spot the beaches literally get so full your shade tents will touch the person next to you your so close. All beaches surrounding do not allow smoking or alchol on the beach which is great if traveling with kids but not adults trying to relax. Again condo was wonderful, host wonderful, our only issues was surroundings. Pool closed at 7p every night. Beaches close at 9 or 10p so do all surrounding piers on the ocean. Some on bays where open all night but crowded. So all depends what your looking for our your vacation.
