We’ve got great news to share! Despite Hurricane Milton directly hitting the Bradenton area, we’re happy to report that our condo building, this condo, and the community were all unharmed. We’re fully prepared and ready to host your stay!!

Recovery and cleaning efforts are in full effect throughout the city and beaches. Restaurants, business and shopping centers have started to open back up. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We look forward to hosting your stay.

Our wonderfully renovated and furnished lakefront condo is located on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs) of a two-story building (no building elevator) situated in Shorewalk, one of the most popular communities in Bradenton, Florida, known for its resort style amenities, which include (2 heated outdoor pools/jacuzzies, 2 lighted tennis courts, fully staffed clubhouse, billiard room, shuffle board and outdoor BBQ grills).

This 1050 sq. ft. condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Get a great night’s sleep on the queen size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a dresser drawer, night stands, closet, and its own master bathroom with a walk-in tub shower. The guest bedroom has two cozy twin size beds, dresser drawer, night stand, mounted flat-screen TV, closet and a full bathroom with a tub shower located next to the bedroom. Do you love to cook? Perfect, the kitchen is fully furnished and has all new appliances to help you prepare that perfect meal. Do you want to be able to do your own laundry? No problem, there is a washer and dryer in the condo. The condo also includes a separate dining area that comfortably sits up to 6 people. This a great place to enjoy your meal, play cards or just hang out with your friends and loved ones. The living room has a wraparound couch, this is the perfect place to take a nap after a long day at the beach or the pool. Want to watch your favorite show or movie, don't worry there is a mounted smart flat screen TV in the living room. Oh, and if you must catch up on your emails, don’t worry there is Free Wi-Fi in the condo, but don’t forget you are on vacation so don’t work too hard. We had a great time at this property. It’s a perfect location and within walking distance of a publix and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and one of the best stocked properties I’ve ever stayed at. My only negative was the pool is not kid friendly. I wasn’t aware this was more of a retirement community. The pool rules were extremely strict. Be prepared to gently enter the water and peacefully push through it. We ended up leaving and going to the beach so it wasn’t a big deal for us but could be for someone else. There are several beaches not far away and was our initial plan. We came in between 2 major hurricanes and thankfully found a beach that was open. The unit itself was perfection and the owner was extremely prompt in answering my questions.

We were quite pleased with our stay for a senior and two young adults. Accommodations were great, clean, updated, and every needed amentity needed during our week's stay was right there for us. Nearby to Anna Maria Island and central to all of our Fla. west coast activities in Sarasota, St. Pete, Tampa. All types of shopping and restaurants nearby or a short trip away. Access to many fishing and beach options. The on-sight pools, hot tub, pool table were a hit. I had one question and was responded to quickly and thoroughly. We all highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home.

Great Location for Soccer Families
The host’s communication is professional and prompt. The listing is accurate, and the neighborhood is quiet. The pool and hot tub are heated and clean. The condo is recently upgraded, and it is beautiful. Overall, great location for soccer travel and small families. Suggestions for improvement: 1) get new knives that are sharp, provide cooking tongs and a baking sheet. The outside light shines directly in the second bedroom; therefore, fit the blinds or put up light blocking curtains. It is hard to sleep with that light shining in so bright. Provide more than two beach towels for the pool. Finally, it is suggested that you wash the comforters after each visit due to sanitary concerns. It might be good to double-check your cleaners every now and then. The walls in the guest bedroom are getting really dirty and the bathroom door needs to be wiped down. There was also dirty swifter wipes thrown on the top shelf of the bathroom closet.

Condo is nicely located close to everything, very clean and the property has all that you need. I would recommed taking your own pool towels, and pillows. They do not have pool towles for you and the pillows are very flat and not comfy. Everything else was perfect.

Pros: -close to the beach, short 15 minute drive -close to the grocery, shopping, and dining -size was perfect for the two of us -shower water pressure was great -master bed was comfortable -had a few beach towels for use which was super helpful -Ervin was a quick responder Cons- -the walk lights and emergency lights are so bright through the front window, neither of us could sleep in the front bedroom, so we had to share the master bedroom. Wasnt ideal but we made it work -we could never get the livingroom ceiling fan/light on. -no TV in the master bedroom -the only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and only one trash bag made available for
