From the moment you swing open the front door and view the sun-drenched living and dining areas, you'll know you've found the ultimate home for your whole family to relax and unwind on island time. The spacious, open-concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and everything you need to prepare a quick snack or full course meal. A large island has bar seating and a deep sink facing the living area that looks at the bay. New flooring and new furnishings make this condo a place you want to stay! Off to the side, you will find the dining table where you can enjoy an evening meal. The cozy living space has plenty of seating and a large flat-screen television that's perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. But, that's not all. Off the living room, you will find 16-foot glass doors that open up completely— merging the indoor and outdoor spaces for an authentic tropical oasis experience. The patio is thoroughly screened in and overlooks the bay where you are sure to catch the beautiful sunsets. The three spacious bedrooms offer plenty of flexible sleeping space for the whole family. This property is also equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and beach chairs and umbrella for use during your stay.

RESORT AMENITIES

Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival.
