Downtown and the Bradenton Riverwalk are just minutes away, and Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach are just a short drive from home. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the professional baseball training facility nearby.

All-new as of 2022, the inviting interior comes complete with all the modern comforts of home. Strong natural lighting floods the living area while soaring ceilings create a heightened sense of space and airy ambiance. Plush sofas and a smart TV set the stage for family entertainment. With plenty of space, everyone can relax in comfort. The first bedroom/office offers one queen pullout sofa bed and a desk and additional smart TV for remote working or breakaway entertainment. The second bedroom offers one comfortable king-sized bed. The third bedroom offers two queen-sized bunk beds. Plus, the fourth bedroom offers one king-sized bed.

Additional essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
