FULL DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Serenity of the Sea!! You are right in the middle of the action, close to downtown Bradenton, Beaches, Sarasota, Tampa/St. Petersburg and more...…
Upon entering this spacious private home, you are greeted with the main kitchen area, bar stools, and cute sitting area which is great for entertaining while cooking your favorite meals.  The living room is expansive with a comfortable seating area, a large 10-person dining table, and a wall-mounted TV.  Glass doors open up to your private outdoor patio with a pool, inground SPA, and ambient lighting. Multiple seating areas make this outdoor space a great area to gather with family and friends. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one guest room with a queen bed.  There are lots of parking available and you are free to bring an RV or boat.  There is a boat launch on the Manatee River very close to the home. The beaches are why you came, and they are just minutes away!!  Anna Maria Island/Bradenton beaches are a 15-minute drive west on Manatee Ave.  If you are looking for more beach adventure, Lido Beach and the famous Siesta Key beaches are a 40-minute drive south of the home.  Just 20-30 minutes from SQR Airport and less than an hour from Tampa Airport giving you plenty of flight options.

This comfortable private home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Bradenton.  Downtown Bradenton is on the Manatee River and has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.  The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 35-minute drive (9.6 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 35-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping.   You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach.  The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.

Great family Vacation

Comfy Pool Paradise
The second I saw pictures of the pool, I knew I wanted to stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The week we stayed was hot and stormy and I was grateful for the relaxing pool waters and cool air conditioning. There is plenty of comfortable furniture inside the house to lounge on. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen wares. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Overall very great place to stay, we enjoyed the fire pit area as well as the hot tub and pool. The back yard lights were a great touch to complete the space. Only down side was the water pressure but would stay again!

Family getaway
Place was beautiful, backyard and pool was a great spot to get together. The only complaint is that, for the price, enough household items like toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags should be included based on the amount of people staying. We shouldn’t have to purchase these items ourselves when the listing states it can accommodate all of us.

The house was clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us staying. The tv in one of the rooms we could not get to work and when it did come on it was glitching. Other than that we have no complaints. It was a very nice stay and I would recommend this house.

A Slice of Paradise in Paradise!
The house is lovely, with a beautiful back room, plenty of natural light, and a fabulous backyard with a lovely pool. Close by to all accommodations needed for an enjoyable stay. Within 15 minutes from the extraordinary beaches of Anna Maria Island and 30 minutes of the beaches and downtown Sarasota. Just 20-30 minutes from the SRQ airport. I highly recommend this property for 4 to 6 people.

Beautiful home with beautiful pool
The home was beautiful and looked just like the photos. We had four adults and three children (one baby) stay in the house. Everyone was comfortable with more than enough space. Back yard and pool are beautiful! Home even had beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for trips to the beach.

Very impressed by this property. The original part of the house is older but a nice job has been done on the remodel. The addition on the back is fantastic - very open and airy. The backyard is like a resort and very private. The neighborhood is older but is fairly centrally located.

Just what we needed
Everything was as pictured if not better. Home is very spacious and open. Outside living area and pool were just what we needed in the evenings after running around town. Loved that the plant life was on the outside line of the property and rocks were around pool which cut down on the mosquitos tremendously. When we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here again. Property had everything we needed plus and iTrip was very responsive with any questions we had.

Wonderful winter holiday
This property was great. The backyard with pool and hot tub were amazing. The house was very large, perfect for everyone to spread out. It was so convenient having beach gear provided, and a washer and dryer to clean up post beach. We had a slight miscommunication about the pool being heated, but that was corrected quickly. The only complaints were that the beds were uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was weak. But overall, I would love to stay at this house again. It was perfect for the price we paid!

Backyard Oasis
We loved our stay here as a family of 5! The majority of our time was spent in the pool here - the backyard is large, private and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for us and our kiddos ages 5-8. The home is clean, updated and had many amenities that made it feel like home which we greatly appreciated. Bed sheets and towels were soft and beds were comfortable! Very open layout and tastefully decorated. It felt so peaceful here. If I’m being picky, I should mention that the home has very minor quirks; no en-suite bathroom for the master and one step up/down in places that are inconvenient (from master to nearest bathroom). Bradenton traffic was far busier than we expected so make sure to give yourself ample time when going a mile or two down the road. Outside of those minor inconveniences we loved being here and would definitely come back.
