Enter the home through a sunlight filled hallway as you approach the living room where you're greeted with a beautiful light and airy coastal decor, large screen TV, and a few family games. Make your way around to the spacious open kitchen with updated modern appliances and all the comforts of home. Large dining room with table and seating for six. Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom containing large walk-in shower. Oversized walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors in the master lead to the outdoor patio and fenced in private large back yard with a Hot Tub for your relaxation, or enjoy some time gathered around the Fire Pit on cooler evenings! On the opposite side of the home, you will find two comfortably appointed guest rooms each with Queen bed and custom closets. Guest bathroom is located in the hallway between the guest rooms. Inside the garage you will find the washer and dryer along with beach chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler all for guest use and a cornhole game you are welcome to set up on the back patio and use during your stay. Relax in the Hot Tub, enjoy a cook-out on the bar-b-q grill and dine at the outdoor table while overlooking the many fruit trees planted on the property, and enjoy the outdoor firepit in cooler months (new addition-pictures coming soon.) This is the perfect place to call home and enjoy a rejuvenating vacation. This home is also equipped with a Universal EV Charger for guest use.

Feel like venturing out for a day? Only 7 minutes from state-of-the-art GT Bray Recreation center featuring a fitness center, group exercise classes, an Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool and splash pad, teen center, skate park, clay tennis courts, pickleball, and a gym to play basketball and volleyball.

There is a Publix grocery store on Manatee Avenue that is 6 minutes away (1.2 miles) The Shoppes of Paradise Bay Plaza is just 1.9 miles away ( 4 minutes) and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, and a Dollar Store. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach and are only a 15–20-minute drive. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Manatee River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

Easy commute to the Freedom Factory
Chose this property to be close enough to AMI and also for the straight shot to the Freedom Factory for their freedom 500. I also appreciated them being so pet accommodating for last minute boarding issues for someone in our group. GORGEOUS backyard, and house in general. Top priority to stay here again our next trip to Bradenton!

The house is as pictured. We liked the windows that bring in a lot of natural light. The kitchen is well outfitted with appliances, dishes, and utensils. The beds are very comfortable. The yard is private and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was great being able to use the garage. We will definitely rent this house again!
