Private Bayside Property -- With Private Fishing/Boating Pier/Remote Office

The big water view and private pier make this the perfect get-away for anyone who loves to fish, kayak, paddle board, boat, or watch dolphins. This property is one block from the exciting shops and restaurants of Bridge Street and the Bradenton Beach Pier, yet nestled away from the noise and traffic on a quiet no-traffic street. New landscaping compliments your incredible water access. A home office with high-speed wireless, 55" LCD panel and extra seating let's you get in some work while you play. And an enclosed laundry room with new washer/dryer (2024) helps you clean up in comfort.

This is not a shared property; you have exclusive use of the entire property and pier.

The upper unit has all new furniture, bedding, linens, flat-screen televisions, refrigerator, microwave and a 1 Gbit/s high-speed internet connection for those looking to telework in a warm and welcoming climate. We (the owners) can confirm great connectivity with national services like Amazon Workspaces, Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based environments. Or better yet - tell your boss the internet was broken and you couldn't work on vacation. We won't tell!

You will have a two-minute walk to the historic Bridge Street pier and entertainment district. Enjoy nightly live music, drinks, shopping and people watching or fish off the public pier any time without a license.

Our private pier is great for fishing. We have pulled keeper grouper, snapper, mullet, trout, snook and redfish in our pajamas. If you cast net, you can score bait for offshore trip or even pull some mullet for dinner - our ten-year-old can score 4-5 large mullet in one throw of a net. Send us pictures of you doing even better!

Our pier will accommodate large boats up to 40 foot, in water that is more than 4-5 foot at low tide, with a 4-corner tie-up. This can save you hundreds - or even a thousand - per week in marina fees. Our street is adjacent to a public marina, which means - unlike every other stretch of Bay water in Bradenton Beach - you will have access to a deep channel and the ICW without risk of getting grounded. There are only 7 such properties in Bradenton Beach, and you will have exclusive use of one. Our parking can accommodate trailers up to 40'.

Nice location near the beach and a great view of the water from the back and dock area. Restaurants within walking distance. Walkable to beach. Short drive to restaurants, public beaches, CVS, Publix, etc. Ceiling fan in bedroom needs to be fixed or replaced. Fully furnished with everything we needed. No dishwasher on premise.

Perfect, peaceful location
This property is in a perfect location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The Marina is also right there so easy to take tours and rent boats. It was fun sitting outside watching all the birds and boat traffic. The living area has some quirky areas but was quite comfortable.

We had a great visit! The property has everything and was centrally located. The bay is your backyard and the beach was a few minutes away. The family really enjoyed relaxing on the sectional. We would stay here again.

Property was well maintained alot of outside room and large fishing dock Kitchen is small could use an update but still cute and well stocked Master bedroom very comfortable Quiet neighborhood alot of pelicans and birds to watch also dolphins I was surprised I loved bayside but still miss gulfside but water was rough and windy on gulf so we were guite satisfied

Quick getaway
Long weekend with our 20 year old son and 16 year old daughter. The place was spotless, and the perfect location. Quick walk to town and the beach, and the dock was an added bonus. Great communication with the owner.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Lots of outdoor space and seating, there is always a comfortable place to relax in the shade or the under the sun, whatever you are in the mood for. Just a couple blocks from Bridge Street and the beach, nice stroll.

The house is so cute. The location is absolutely walkable to restaurants, the free trolley, shops, and the beach. The beds are comfortable. The backyard is cuter than the pic show. We loved this place so much! We really hope it keeps its quaintness.

Our stay at the Bradenton Beach Property
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property manager Jonsie, was a fantastic host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make this the best family trip we've ever had. The property was extremely clean and resides in a very nice neighborhood, not to mention the location being within walking distance of the water and many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this property and plan to rent again in the near future.

Amazing location
My Husband and I stayed here for a quick "mom and dad" trip and it was everything we had hoped for! Its location was amazing and we walked to the beach and pier and shopping every day and night and it was great not to have to spend a ton of time in a car! The house had everything we needed including the most comfortable bed and pillows ever and we loved the dock on the bay and even seen a dolphin! I loved laying in the patio loungers tanning by the water while my husband enjoyed fishing! Definitely will stay here again!

Hidden Gem!
We found our new vacation property! We've stayed at several properties on the island the last few years and love everything this place has to offer. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and it was great to have two full bathrooms. The location is perfect! It is walking distance to the beach and Bridge street. The unit is literally on the bay. We loved being able to sit by the dock and watch the boats in the bay and the bridge go up and down. There is a lot of outdoor seating options & you have a perfect view of the sunrise from the upper deck porch or the patio/dock. Jonsie and Patrick were excellent communicators. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the area and will definitely stay here for all of our future visits!

Cute property- great for about two people maybe. Everything was very small and pretty dated but very comfortable. Laundry room is outside in a kinda scary shed- maybe consider providing at least a laundry basket or something like that. Cleaning fee is a major price gauge. Lol

Long weekend getaway
Darling property, right on the bay, close to everything. Very clean. Loved sitting down by the bay and watching the dolphin and pelicans. We were able to walk everywhere. Bridge street is a 2 min walk. Gulf, 5 min walk. Very comfortable couch/ tv area. Our friends were able to pull right up to the dock to pick us up one day. Great perk! Owner optimized every square inch of the property! Management is very responsive. We went out for all our meals. Kitchen is small but adequate for a couple. We would have liked a larger coffee pot but the keurig was an added bonus. There isn’t a dishwasher, this too was fine with us as we didn’t dirty many dishes. We will definitely be back! Loved this lovely bayside property!

Great location
We were looking for a place to stay with access to water so our 17 year old could fish off the dock in between fishing guided trips. Nice pier to sit on and fish from but no fish caught. First guide trip produced only small fish and few fish and second trip got cancelled due to wind. Not what he expected but the place was close to lots of restaurants and shopping and an easy walk to the beach. Comfortable place. Had issues with the a/c not draining properly but manager was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Nice cart to haul the chairs and umbrella provided to the beach. Plenty of outdoor seating there as well. We enjoyed it very much!

Overall this property was nice, especially for the price. Some cosmetic details are in need of attention, but otherwise the bed was comfortable and the bedding smelled amazing! We slept very comfortably. Also, really nice touches were the 8 bottles of water left for us in the fridge, and the beach cart with chairs and umbrella that comes with the unit. The only negative that I experienced is trying to contact the property manager via the VRBO app/Listing. It doesn't appear that that link works. Luckily, I didn't have anything of any importance to communicate. This is a great location and lots of value for the money!
