Bradenton Beach Get away
We enjoyed out trip to Bradenton Beach and our stay at this condo. For the price you can not beat the location. One block from beach with miles and miles of uninterrupted beach to to walk. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the Beach House restaurant and Oma's both right at the end of the street. Host was easy to get a hold of and provided perfect check in and check out instructions. The condo had all of the basics needed for cooking etc. Would definitely return....

Perfect location for a beach vacation, close proximity to trolly and beach. However there are definite improvements that could be done to the property, bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. No extras, only one roll of toilet paper. Found dirty sheet on fold out couch bed. the location outweighs the negatives.

Convenient and nice
I loved that the beach and restaurants were a short walk away. The pool was lovely even though it was a bit cool to swim. The pickleball court and small park with playground down the street is a hidden gem. The condo was clean and comfortable, and supplied with all things necessary for a relaxing stay.

This accommodation is nice. The unit is part of a small complex. Even though located one block off the main Gulf Drive, it was very quiet. It had everything you should need. We didn't cook so I can't comment about the cooking equipment. The laundry was great to have. There are some things that need attention: burnt out bulbs, watered down hand soap, and a screen door where the screen is pushed out. My only wish is that it would have been on a lower floor. Since there is no elevator, my 70 husband, who has bad knees, really struggled going up that second set of stairs to what I call the third floor.

A little bit of old Florida
This is a great place if you want to experience what Florida used to be. Lots of local spots, restaurants and bars to enjoy. The free trolley will take you all around the island. The beach is a block away and the heart of the town is right around the corner. The condo is a little dated and could use a few repairs, but the location is ideal. Definitely try the Italian restaurant on the corner.

This condo was in a great area and best of all the beach and stores were a 2 minute walk. The condo has everything we needed. We are definetly going to book another reservation soon. Thank you for everything, it was a awesome experience.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Location is great, the property itself is nice. A plus was the heated pool. The condo is as described and was okay. Could use a good cleaning in parts and fresh paint. The porch table and chairs were so dusty, dirty did not want to use them. The toilet would run nonstop without manually correcting it most of the time. Plenty of fresh towels and sheets.

Cute Condo Close to Bridge St
Cute and well decorated condo super close to Bridge St. literally a 5 minute walk to many restaurants and bars and the beach! Owners were great with communicating. Plenty of towels and bedding and chairs and umbrella for the beach. There are two flights of stairs to climb to condo, just a heads up. Everything that is needed for a long weekend is there to use! Covered parking for a single car also. Beach is right across the street and trolly stop is right there as well. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Fair price. Great location for walking to beach, local shops and restaurants. Trolley very convenient for going further up island. A couple minor things, ceiling fans pretty dusty, the bed had no sheets under bedspread so I had to make it up. Sheets were provided. For the fees charged by VRBO on this property I expected better.

The AC ran 24/7. Temps were in the upper 90’s but at 79 degrees it should have turned off. The ceiling was coming down in multiple places. The recliner had a crappy cover on it be cause it had holes. The beach chairs were old and broken. No umbrella. Cooler was styrofoam and had no handle. The

Great location - subpar unit
Location is excellent-2 min walk to bridge st and the beach. Pool is well kept and clean with plenty of seating. Quiet and safe feeling complex. Unfortunately the unit itself was disappointing and extremely outdated in many ways. The listing said beach towels were provided - they were missing. Beach chairs that were present were so rusty they didn’t open. When I contacted the owner about these issues her reply was I should go to Publix and buy new ones as previous guests must have stolen hers and left rusty chairs in their place. She never addressed the missing towels. Poor communication and customer service. Also the towels and sheets that were present looked to be 20+ years old. The bed was made with only a sheet- no blankets, comforter or quilt. The “face towels” provided in the bathroom were actually kitchen dish towels. MANY scuffs, dings, peeling paint areas- bathroom door was peeling from the bottom up. The popcorn paint on the ceiling had areas where there has obviously been water damage that they tried to repair. There were also many pieces of dust an inch long hanging from the ceiling- I had to dust the bedroom ceiling so I could sleep without them waving in the breeze. The lights in the laundry room didn’t work- half of kitchen lights didn’t either. AC kept the place nice and cool but it is loud!! I will say I did not mention any of these subsequent issues to the owner after her less than helpful reply to me regarding the beach chairs/towels.

Todo muy limpio..muy lindo..está muy bueno el apartamento en todos los sentidos solo encontré que no está lo suficientemente frío..y cuando llegas después de estar en la playa o en la piscina ..necesitas estar en un lugar frío..solo eso pero todo muy bien!
