You'll also be able to see the Intercoastal Waterway, Bradenton Beach Marina, and Cortez Fishing Village located just east of the home. Sunset views on Anna Maria Island won't get much better than this!

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home's location also offers less than a 1-minute walk to the beach, and about a 3-minute walk to the small downtown area of Bradenton Beach located on Bridge Street. Here you will find shopping, dining, entertainment, live music, and fun beachy cocktails. You can also hop on the AMI Trolley, with a stop located just steps from Gulf View Beach House, and explore the other beautiful and interesting areas of the island very easily. It's a great area for families as well as groups of adult friends to hang out and enjoy the island's chill and laid-back vibes.

The two Master Suites, one on the mid-level and one on the top-level, feature King beds and unobstructed Gulf Views. The remaining 3 bedrooms feature a King Bed, full over full bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle, and a set of twin bunk beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 additional guests and a single sleeper sofa for 1 additional guest. The home will comfortably sleep 16 people.

Besides its fantastic location and views, this home offers our guests some amazing amenities. It was designed so that the living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the top floor to allow for the best views. The open floor plan of this area and great room style design is perfect for families and friends gathering together. You'll love the ability to watch the sunset while you cook dinner, watch TV, or just enjoy the time with your family inside - or go out on the balcony or rooftop deck, or take the short walk to the beach and get the full experience.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. The house was amazing, the location is perfect and the outdoor space was fantastic!! Ashley was so accommodating and responded immediately to our every need and request. We could not have asked for a better experience and I highly reccommend staying here!

The home amenities, location and views were great. The floors were in need of a good scrub, and the ice maker did not work. We did not request maintenance or cleaning as we did not want to be disturbed - please fix for your next renters!

Family Vacation
We had plenty of room to stretch out in this home. The pictures are accurate. It is directly next to a small park . The had just put in pickle ball courts which was alot of fun . We had a couple of minor issues which were taken care of quickly. Pool was a quiet oasis away from the beach. Thank you for the memories.

Great Location and accommodations!!!
7 of us, 3 adults and 4 kids rented this property for the Christmas Holiday. This was our first time renting a house instead of the typical hotel room. We were all pleasantly surprised at how easy, affordable and convenient this property rental was! The kids loved the heated private pool and hot tub. Beach access is across the street. There is a small community play ground and tennis court literally in the back yard. There are dozens of shops and restaurants within walking distance and large grocery store and shopping mall within a short drive. The house itself was brand new with great top notch finishes. There were 3 master suites with private bathrooms, 2 rooms with bunk beds, and large living area and kitchen area. There are also 3 decks and 1 rooftop balcony with great views. We loved it and will definitely stay again!

What a gorgeous home! We had a group of 16 and a small dog.. PLENTY of room for everyone. Short short walk to the beautiful beach. The home (yes home, not house) was exceptionally clean. I was very impressed with everything. The pool was very well kept and our 9 grandchildren used it every day- either before beach time or after. The kitchen was large and had everything you could need for cooking.. we cooked dinner every night but one. Very large kitchen table with benches and there was even a small children's table and some toys on site. The views from the multiple decks were amazing. Just a wonderful place... we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Perfect location, great views, great house!
After arriving to Anna Maria and finding that our initial rental, not associated with this rental, did not match it's description, I reached out to Ashley to see if we could stay at this home. She replied VERY quickly and told us we could. She set everything up so that within an hour, we were in this new rental. Upon arriving, we found a very clean property perfectly situated near the action of Bridge Street. The views and accommodations were incredible. Our children loved the pool and many balconies, as did my wife and myself. We had a very minor issue with the air conditioning on the second floor and it was remedied incredibly quickly with no interference to our short family vacation. The house was equipped with towels for the pool, towels for each bathroom, pillows, and a starter set of soap. We had a great time and made some great memories thanks to Ashley and her quick response to get us into this house. We would definitely rent this property again!

great home in popular location
House was beautifully decorated, well furnished and immaculately kept. Gorgeous sunsets from balcony and rooftop lookout. Plenty of space for 2 families with teens. 5th bedroom with bunks is more suitable for younger age kids. Beds were a little uncomfortable and noisy. House is close to restaurants, short walk to beach and Bridge street, and a short golf cart or longer bike ride from Holmes beach and Southern tip near Longboat. Small playground and pickle ball (not tennis) court in back yard if you need it for younger kids. We prefer Holmes beach area because it's a little quieter and more residential, but if you like to be where there is action, this house is in the middle of it. Kind of close to the bridge where you could hear the traffic, but also making it easily accessible and walking distance to everywhere. Two fun restaurants right on the beach are basically across the street. Ashley was very easy to work with on rentals as well as recommendations in area.

Nickel and dime you. Crappy area, dangerous crossing road.
House was good, big. Reasonably clean. No laundry soap or dryer pads, two dish washing soaps and very very very large cleanup fee after three days and 8 guest. We left a pair of glasses and they asked for a credit card to pay to return when we asked them to just put in an envelope to return. They won’t pay for a envelop and Simple stamp to return a cheap pair of glasses, had to get more money. Ice maker did not work. Gave us two rolls of paper towels. Pool was dirty. Crossing the road to get to beach is dangerous and slow. Would find a better location and a home that does not nickle and dime you after paying a very very very large clean up fee after a three day stay. Total bill for 8 people three nights was ridiculous for what we got .Then nickle and dime you over a stamp and envelop !!!!

Gorgeous Home- Great Location- Very Attentive Property Management
I cannot say enough about this home. The home is beautiful with high-end finishes. This may not be important to others, but it is to me. I want to feel like I am staying at a resort when I rent a beach house, and this home delivers that feeling. While not directly gulf front, the walk over to the beach is easy and takes about three minutes. The home provided a very useful beach cart, as well as plenty of beach chairs, floats, and two bicycles. And even though is it not gulf front, with the view of the ocean from the main level, you certainly feel like you are right at the water's edge. And let me tell you about the outdoor space. The photos do not do it justice. The palms that have been planted at the periphery enclose the entire yard. You cannot see a single neighboring house from there. There is new decking and beautiful outdoor furniture. Again, the pool area is resort-like in every way. Regarding the property managers- they are top notch. They are professional, attentive, and friendly. From start to finish, the rental process was a pleasure. Oh! One more thing- this house is within blocks of all the action without the noise that action brings. The Bridge Street area is only 2-3 blocks away. You can walk to a number of restaurants, bars, mini-golf, shopping, and excursion agencies. OK- I will stop now :)

Nice Beach View House - But Spa Didn't Work
We booked this property on short notice for 14 days. When we arrived, it appeared that the house hadn't been inhabited in a while. The HVAC was off and it was musty. After a day of cycling the AC, the musty smell went away. I attribute all of this to our short notice booking. We enjoyed the pool, the pickleball court, the amazing view, and the short walk to the beach. All of this was outstanding. My interactions with the property manager, AMI Locals, were mixed. For some simple matters, they addressed my concerns with quick and friendly responses and fixes, which I greatly appreciated. There was one significant issue: The spa jets didn't work. I reported this right away. They told me that they would dispatch someone. I called back the next day, no update. I called back the day after that, and they told me that the owner refused to fix the spa jets. I expressed concern because I had booked the property in part for the spa. I asked for some financial accommodation for that, and they told me that I could get passes to a nearby resort and use their pool facility if I wanted. Then, Blaize from AMI Locals told me that the spa doesn't have jets. I took some pictures to prove her wrong, but she stuck to her position. I feel like AMI Locals decided to lie to me, so they didn't have to act on my request to fix the spa or offer me financial accommodation. In summary, we loved the house and location, but don't trust the management company/owner.

This house needs some major TLC -- maintenance issues in every room of the house, the home was not clean, the pool is an oversized hot-tub with zero sun. The only thing good about this home was the proximity to the beach and Bridge Street. We did speak with the property management team, several times, and while some of the issues were addressed not everything could be taken care of while we were there without disrupting our vacation. This home is not maintained.

Great location the house could have been so much better!
Overall the stay was great and the property is in a fabulous location albeit the road is loud and very busy at times. It is such a shame that we had several issues With our stay and only being there 4nights made for a disappointing experience with this property. I made sure to contact the agents about all the issues of which they resolved most of them - below is a summary; Extremely dirty - even with finding false eye lashes in the bathroom Not enough glasses, cups and sharp knifes missing No brush and dustpan No iron Spa not heating initial and light not working. Only 1 beach chair No sofa seating by the spa(As per photo) Cigarette ends on all of the out door balconies(we are non smokers) Front door very stiff and hard to open. Utilities like glasses , bowls, serving spoons etc very dirty. They never commented on the dirty photos I sent or the lack of sofas by the spa. However they did provide us with more cups, knifes and the other missing items. We paid full price for our stay and full price for the cleaning- I only hope future guests have a better experience as all of the issues we had can easily be mitigated prior to people booking the property.

Great time with family
My family and I spent a week at this property and it was great. More than enough room for 7 adults and 2 kids. The management company is very responsive and sent someone to fix a door handle and TV right away. As other reviewers have said, the stairs are inconvenient for toddlers and elderly - this is very true. If you have a baby/toddler I’d recommend bringing a gate for the stairs. Also, the house is not very soundproof - the living room/dining room is right above the 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor so I’d recommend noise cancelling machines be installed in the bedrooms. Nevertheless, the beach is an easy 2min walk and the pool area is a nice place to enjoy the outdoors in the shade. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend this home and the management company!!
