Charming 2-bedroom Beach Cottage in Bradenton Beach

Enjoy the best Bradenton Beach has to offer in our cozy beach cottage that has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and close proximity to all amenities Bradenton Beach is famous for! Just a 5 minute walk to Bridge Street where you can find the local restaurants, bars, mini golf, ice cream, and many more! With the house right across from the white sandy beaches in the front and bay in the rear, you will have no excuse but to want to bask in the sun and breathe in the salty air.

The house has a variety of umbrellas, tents, beach toys, and a kayak to be used by our guests. After a sandy day at the beach, there is an outdoor shower available to use and a grill to make lunch and dinner. Come stay in our cozy beach cottage and relax in the Florida sun!

Such a great place to stay!
I really loved this rental. Only a few blocks to Bridge Street and directly across the street from the beach. The host was so easy to communicate with! Easy lock to use to enter, and it was very clean. Had everything we needed except a cooler but we bought one and left it for the next folks to use. It can get a bit noisy with street noise and people walking by at night but that’s no surprise to me given the location. Plenty of parking. I can’t wait to come back and I will rent this little house again!

Cozy Cottage By the Sea
This was our first experience renting through VRBO and it was perfect! The location, the communication and the property were ideal for quick getaway. As everyone is already posting- very clean. You walk across the street to beautiful Bradenton Beach. Not overly crowded and warm Gulf waters. We felt safe- noisy at times, but very peaceful at night. Thank you Bruce for your hospitality! Amazing Stay!
This property is in the perfect location for all things beach and Bridge Street shops/restaurants related! Checkin was easy and couldn’t have asked for a more communicative host. The unit is more spacious than the pictures show, which was a pleasant surprise and also very clean. Truly a 10/10 and would absolutely stay here again.

Headed to the beach for my birthday celebration. Bruce’s condo was very well equipped and nice. We used the beach chairs and umbrella provided at the condo. Traveled with the island trolley and bus for free all week. No car rental needed after Ubering from Sarasota airport. Excellent beach weather!

Spring break for the Kids
I saw this island on Tictoc and knew I had to go, I found this charming home on VRBO, it was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teenage boys. The home is in the perfect location. No other homes blocking the view of the ocean. The trolley stop is right in front of the house. This home is affordable as well. Everything we needed was there. The owner was quick to respond. I would totally recommend this home. They are doing road construction in front of the house, it is going on all over the island. They are also building a house right behind this one and they start work bright and early at 7 AM. That did not take away from this home. I am an early riser anyway, our teenagers could sleep thru a bomb dropping. If anything it encouraged me to get up and enjoy the peaceful morning on the beach before everyone came out.

Location was great, especially bicycle friendly!! There are so many things to do in the area. House is nice and roomy. A quirky older home that is clean and fun. Had lots of windows to enjoy the outdoors!! Right across from the beach. What’s not to like. Lots of parking for friends. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Bruce the manager is the perfect host. Always answered every question and request. Thank you Bruce! We would totally return!!

What a perfect week!
I cannot say enough about this little gem of a property! It was just as described, neat as a pin! But the best things were hidden in the details…the property manager’s thoughtful touches — night lights (for those of us who need to make our way to the restroom at night), blankets, games, dvds, books & magazines, beach chairs and an umbrella. Everything we could want! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great weekend getaway!

Great location!
Bradenton Beach is a great vacation spot. This house was easy walking distance to the gorgeous beach, restaurants and shops. Nice large bathroom with washer and dryer. Owner was great supplying everything we needed. Only downside is it’s right on the main street so traffic can be loud throughout the night. Overall a great place and we’d be back.
