Blue Water Beach House has everything you could want for a fantastic beach vacation! A private heated pool with a spa, a spacious rooftop deck with sweeping views of the Gulf and Bay waters, a covered pool-side lanai, a high-end kitchen, and so much space to spread out! Centrally located on the Island, you are a short 2 minute walk away from the renowned beaches of Anna Maria Island. Local restaurants and shops are just a short drive away and easily accessible by bike or the free trolley service that runs from the North End of the Island to the South, every 20 minutes from the early mornings until 10:30pm!

Featuring 5 bedrooms with a bonus 6th bedroom/game room-you have plenty of space to comfortably host everyone! The sleeping arrangements include 4 King sized beds, 2 sets of bunk beds beds and the 6th room doubles as a extra area for the kids to hang out and play during the day with a queen sleeper sofa. The home accommodates a group of 12 people total. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV.

Relax, unwind and take advantage of all of the fantastic amenities that are offered, including: a gourmet kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, covered pool-side lanai with outdoor seating, BBQ grill, large roof top deck with incredible views of the Island and tons of room to spread out! Enjoy a family BBQ by the pool, spend the day relaxing by the beach, explore the Island's quaint shops and restaurants-this versatile home offers something for everyone! We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Water Beach House. The house was great. It had everything we needed and never felt crowded for our party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). The pool and hot tub were perfect for when we got tired of the beach. Speaking of the beach- it was great as well. It was soft white sand and not very crowded at all, and the best part was it was only a couple minute walk. The owner, Missy, was very responsive and a joy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Stay!
Beautiful roomy home, great location with easy beach walk, nice amenities all around! Lots of separate bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large family requirements, yet still felt close in the great kitchen to gather for meals and fun. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool area with the sitting space, grill, bar, very large eating table, foosball table, and outdoor TV for viewing and music. Above all, the host, Missy, was easily accessible, quick to respond and friendly for any of our needs.

We had such a lovely time celebrating our wedding at this house with our families. The home has everything you could think of and need for a week+ stay. The pool, pool area and outdoor dining set made for gorgeous dinners Al fresco. We also loved having coffee and watching the sun rise on the roof deck. Perfect house for a great family vacation
Our family of 12, ages 19 mo.-64 just returned from a wonderful week enjoying this spacious house. Great location to beach even thou most wanted to just stay and swim in the pool! Foos ball table and arcade game also entertained us all. A nice little park a short block away which has nice little playground and a basketball court. Several bikes which we used a lot and plenty of pool/beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Made for a great week!
