"Very convenient area, just 5 mins walk from the bus terminal from Sydney and close to tram to Gungahlin, Canberra Centre mall and many restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is very comfortable and clean. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms we have used and is open 24hours. All in all a very pleasant stay and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Canberra."

"When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested. The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty. "

"Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra"
