The ground floor apartment is accessed through a large terrace. The spacious and comfortable living room with kitchenette welcomes you. A hallway gives access to the complete bathroom and to the large comfortably furnished bedroom. A single bed can also be added to the double bed.

Bel petite maison à Bracciano
Maison dans la campagne, à 5 minutes en voiture de Bracciano et son lac. Très propre et fonctionnel. Petit plus : la terrasse.

Mooi gelegen...kust.Rome.meer v Bracciano goed bereikbaar maar ook veel natuurschoon..heerlijk gefietst....mooi terras mooie tuin...huisje ruim goede gastvrouw en beslist niet duur kortom van harte aanbevolen zeker ook met kinderen

Prima plek voor ons geweest, terras tuin, alles van uit hier is goed bereikbaar, Rome, de kust, meer v Bracciano, enz enz...mooie plek om te fietsen, natuurschoon, aardige gastvrouw, absoluut een aanrader voor een een niet al te hoog bedrag, beslist een goede keus geweest....

Zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung im Grünen
wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Sommer 2015 in der 3-Raum-Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Anreise erfolgte von Deutschland aus mit dem Auto mit einer Zwischenübernachtung in Gries am Brenner. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums von Bracciano in einem großen, gepflegten Anwesen. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen und sehr gut betreut. Die Wohnung erreicht man vom Garten aus über die Terrasse. Das Auto parkt man ganz bequem vor der Terrasse. Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Die Wohnküche ist groß und 3 Personen haben bequem Platz. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ab und zu haben wir auf der Terrasse mit unserem mitgebrachten kleinen Campinggrill gegrillt. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen und die Sterne beobachten. Man hat ganz viel Natur ringsherum. Schöne Restaurants gibt es in Bracciano. Wer gerne ab und zu nach Rom ins Zentrum möchte oder die malerische mittelalterliche Stadt Bracciano erkunden will und dennoch seinen Urlaub im Grünen verbringen mag, ist hier richtig. Gern badeten wir im Meer am Strand in Santa Severa bei der Burg, ebenso gern auch im Braccianosee. Auch den Tagesausflug zu den berühmten Wasserfällen von Saturnia können wir nur empfehlen. Für diese Ferienwohnung ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.
