"Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

"Everything was perfect :easy check-in and check-out, clean property with comfortable bed, storage option after check out, washing machine in the room and more... Only thing that can be problem is the shower cabin was leaking some water to the bathroom. We have informed the property and I am sure that they will fix it. "Very reasonably priced for its central location. Very close to the cathedral and a quick walk to buses to the Alhambra. The square in front of the cathedral and apartments can be a little loud later into the evening, but nothing that ear plugs can’t solve if you need absolute silence to sleep. Good water pressure in the shower on the 3rd floor and comfortable bed. I would certainly stay here again."

"We booked this stay for ONE REASON, it said they had a washer and dryer. We knew we would be doing a lot of activities and we would need to wash our laundry. However, we find out that they have a dryer that is not for our use, we had to climb two flights stairs to hang our clothes on the clothesline. And we only find out when we washed our clothes at 10pm thinking we would be able to wear them that night. Anyways, the property is very nice and spacious. Perfect if you have a rental car."
