"This over-garage apartment was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. Walk out the door and you are at the private beach in less than 2 minutes. Lovely water views from the living room. The host had so many thoughtful extras like beach towels and sand toys, water bottles in the refrigerator, etc. We wojle absolutely recommend."

"Enchanting week staying at the Smith Cottage with my partner and canine old boy. Immaculate is an understatement for the cottage-it was beautiful, cozy and it is mind-boggling to me just how attentive, intuitive and thoughtful our host Debbie is. I cannot wait to return next September. Everything both inside and outside this property was great, including the beautiful fire pit under the harvest moon at night. "Walk to Mystic seaport museum or Red 36 in 10 minutes or less. Cottage is nicely and recently renovated, and very well equipped. We definitely recommend this cottage and hope to stay again.aloved our stay."

"We just rented this beautiful waterfront compound with a main house and four small cottages, and it was fantastic. With kayaks and SUPs available, our group of 16 had a blast on the water. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught bluefish and small striped bass, thanks to the fishing gear provided by Louie, the helpful manager who also supplied firewood for our fire pit. The main house was well-equipped, with a modern kitchen and comfortable furniture. The A/C kept everything cool. The...

"Stayed here for a college reunion with a few other couples. The house was spacious and extremely well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the location was beautiful with many of us either going for a run along the water or walking to the nearby park. Katie was superbly responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely do so again!"
