The Modern Cottage features high-end amenities like automatic black-out shades, a Bose home sound system, TVs in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, cozy furnishings, and a private hot tub.

This free-standing cottage has an open floor plan with a grand room that combines the kitchen with the dining room and the living room. Two king bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and a dedicated office to accompany either working from home or used as a third bedroom.

This was a fantastic VRBO. Very clean and laid out nicely for a family. Hot tub and firepit are a nice bonus. Communication with owner was seamless and check in/out process was easy. We will definitely stay here in the future!

This is a great place to stay! This house was close to walking trails and downtown. It was clean and well kept. We have family in Bozeman and we would definitely stay here again.

Great cottage close to everything

We had a great weekend! The cottage was nicely appointed with everything we needed. The decor is simple/modern, beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating area as well as the spacious gathering area inside. Close to downtown in a quiet area, we slept with the windows open an only heard the train.We would highly recommend.

The location was perfect for us. The house was quiet, comfortable and had a fully stocked kitchen. The guys enjoyed the hot tub after a day in Yellowstone NP. Highly recommend and we would definitely lease again.

Fabulous snow getaway!!

The property was as advertised. The hot tub was amazing! Proximity to downtown was very convenient. We had a great stay here and loved that you had two rooms with King beds. Great when traveling with two couples.

Spring Break

We visited Bozeman during spring break to visit Montana State U with my son and a friend. Without knowing anything about the area, the location was IDEAL. Walking distance to downtown and close to MSU. HIGHLY recommend staying here… it was immaculate and had literally everything we needed during our stay.

Cozy Get Away

We came to visit my daughter for spring break and the house was perfect for the four of us. Close location to town, easy commute to Big Sky and Bridger Bowl. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing! We look forward to staying again.
