Luxury Home @ Bridger Bowl and Crosscut Sports Ctr

Welcome to our mountain home! This vacation home is perfect for every season. Its location beside Bridger Bowl Ski Resort and Crosscut Mountain Sports Center is great whether you are on a ski vacation, enjoying a Montana wedding in the summer, or just looking for some peace, quiet and fun recreating in the beauty of the mountains. Bridger Bowl is a world-class ski area with 8 chairlifts on over 2,000 acres spanning 2,600 vertical feet. It is known for its light dry powder snow and serves first-timers all the way to experts with its trails of varying difficulty. Cross-country ski trails are available a few minutes away at the Crosscut Nordic Center. All of these same trails are open to the public for hiking and mountain biking May through November. Mountain bikes can be rented in Bozeman or at Crosscut. Many of our guests use this as a basecamp for the entire area, including Yellowstone National Park, a gorgeous 1hr 20 minute drive to the north entrance.

This home was just completed, in early 2022. We have a decade of experience providing 4 other vacation rental homes in the area, with hundreds of 5 star reviews! We will take great care to provide you with a pleasant and hassle-free experience. We've tailored our home to be an inviting space for spending time with family, both inside and out. The comfortable interior, with attention to detail, is equipped with everything you'll need in a great home base for an incredible Montana vacation. For outdoor living space, we have a deck easily accessible from the main floor living room, and there is a balcony off of the upper floor living room. They give you a chance to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature as you spend quality time outside with your family and friends after a day on the trails, fishing, rafting or sight seeing.

On the main floor you can enjoy a fully stocked gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, gas burners and an easy layout built for entertaining. The kitchen includes extensive cookware, bake ware, serving items and glassware. There is even a separate beverage fridge with wine temperature controls. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are all laid out in one open space so you can entertain and interact easily. The dining table seats up to 12 people. The kitchen bar can accommodate four for breakfast or a quick snack. The main floor living room features a cozy gas fireplace and is set up for easy conversations. It includes a 65" TV with Amazon Prime and YouTubeTV for entertainment. There's a half bath accessible from this common area.
The bedroom amenities are equally inviting. The master suite on the main floor has a king size bed. Its en suite full bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower and a gorgeous dual sink vanity.

Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms, with ample closet space and dressers for everyone. They share the upstairs full bathroom with another dual sink vanity and tiled tub/shower. The first of these bedrooms has a king size bed. The second includes two queens. And the third one has two more queens topped by two built-in twin size bunk beds, for a total of 4 beds. It's the perfect bunk room for several kids or provides another great bedroom for adults using the lower queen beds.
All linens are high quality hotel sheets with downy soft pillows and decadent quilts to top them off.
The upstairs has another living room area with a huge sectional couch and a fully equipped 65" TV.

The home lies just steps from the Bridger Bowl base area. In the winter you can easily ski in and out. May through November the house is a great starting point for hikes or mountain biking, both here at the Bridger Bowl Resort or on the extensive trail network at the nearby Crosscut Mountain Sports Center, which adjoins this neighborhood and is literally just a minute or two away. It has well-known mountain bike trails and hiking trails.

If you are coming to attend a wedding at Bridger Bowl, enjoy the ease of staying right here in our Alpenglow Chalet instead of making the drive to and from Bozeman hotels. Bridger Bowl offers two beautiful mountain facilities (The Deer Park Chalet and Jim Bridger Lodge) with catering for weddings and rehearsal dinners from June through September.

The drive to Bozeman is an easy 15-20 minutes on paved state highway. Bozeman is a nice area to visit. Bozeman Hot Spring is a sprawling attractive and amazing local place to relax and have fun year-round, with 12 large and small pools (indoor and outdoor) ranging from 57 to 106 degrees F, a steam room, and a sauna. They have live music events outdoors every Thursday and Sunday nights in the summer. Listen while you soak, relax and socialize. Another amazing experience in Bozeman is to visit the large Museum of the Rockies with its display of enormous reassembled dinosaur skeletons excavated in Montana. There is a planetarium there plus a Native American exhibit and art exhibit. A drive to Hyalite Canyon just south of Bozeman is another beautiful day trip. You can enjoy its large pristine lake for fishing, or take the hiking trails to scenic waterfalls. You can also book (in advance) scenic gentle water or white water rafting trips on both the Madison and Gallatin Rivers in the summer near Bozeman.

Our neighborhood at Bridger Bowl is comprised of several new mountain homes but has very little traffic, so you can easily walk from our home either on the trail system, or just down the roads. Some go uphill and some are flat. Our driveway and neighborhood roads are well maintained gravel but we do recommend an all wheel drive vehicle most months of the year here in Montana. Even a warm, mostly-sunny day can get a stray mountain shower (or you might even get some snow!). Pack layers and come prepared so you can be comfortable at all times.

Access to the front door is self check-in via a key code deadbolt, so no need to worry if you fly in late or take off early from Bozeman's Yellowstone International Airport, just 40 minutes away. We will provide you with the code plus a map and driving directions a week prior to your arrival.

Bridger Bowl House
Lovely, spacious home at Bridger Bowl. Our family very much enjoy our stay at the house. Uncharacteristic cleaning issue upon arrival due to an unreliable cleaner, was resolved by refunding our cleaning charge.

Perfect!
Everything about this property was beautiful and perfect for our family visit to Bozeman. Eleven of us stayed in this very accommodating, well stocked house. We grilled out each night and had plenty of room for all of us to eat together and play games at the kitchen table. Quick 30 minute drive into Bozeman with beautiful picturesque scenery along the way. We visited Big Sky (1hr drive) and hiked to the Ousel Waterfall. We played golf at Bridger Golf Course (15 min drive). We hiked the M Trail (20 min drive) and finally, visited Mountains Walking Brewery in downtown Bozeman. It was a fabulous trip and your house made it even better. FIVE STARS!!! Thank you!!

Father’s 80th birthday trip
This property was AMAZING! The perfect space for our family to gather and celebrate our father’s 80th birthday. The house has multiple gathering places throughout. The large dining table was perfect for family dinners each night. The decks were our favorite! The bedrooms were great, spacious and very comfortable. The cousins loved the bunk room. The kitchen was open and well equipped. The lower level mudroom/ski room was fantastic. The location is perfect, so many activities so close, as well as quick access to the Bozeman. Fantastic property!

Everything you could possibly want!
The home is gracious, comfortable and so thoughtfully stocked with anything you might want. We were a group of 8 women enjoying a reunion weekend, and the house was the perfect place to hang out, cook and catch up. Nearby trails gave us gorgeous hiking options, and town is just a 20-minute beautiful drive away for afternoon shopping or a dinner out. In short, it was perfect!

A wonderful meeting place
Our work came together for a few days for meetings. All 4 couples had their separate rooms and did not seem cramped. We enjoyed the fellowship. We made the one bathroom on the 2nd floor with the 3 rooms work for all of the couples. The kitchen was well stocked and loved the extra pantry items. This saved us from buying things that would have been thrown away do to flights. We were at a loss of the location of the iron and iron board, but we made it all work.

Beautiful Mountain Home
This was the perfect home for my husband & I and adult children to gather for our nephew's wedding in Bozeman. We enjoyed the country atmosphere with lots of hiking trails nearby. The home was clean & beautiful. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and hanging out talking with family at night on the large deck. The home was well stocked with towels, toiletries, paper products, dish washing and laundry soap. My family agreed it was the nicest VBRO we have ever stayed in.

EVERYTHING!
The title really sums up my review. This property had EVERYTHING that you would dream for in a vacation home. We felt like it was our home away from our home. The attention to detail by the owners and their hard work and thoughtfulness in making sure our vacation experience was ideal was truly evident. We made dinner 5 nights at this home if that tells you anything (PS Instacart delivers groceries to this address). The well supplied kitchen afforded us to make everything from a grilled steak dinner, homemade pizzas to chocolate chip cookies. Every night was happy hour on the beautiful deck (your choice, both upper and main floor deck amazing) and every morning a cup of coffee and conversation with the views of nature (hummingbirds visited us, as well as deer!). The decks were perfectly thought out - morning sun to wake and warm and afternoon shade for relaxing. Also, every window with a view! Activity wise, the proximity to Crosscut was awesome. A short hike and you are at a world renowned trail system. I just can't imagine if you were a cross country skier how amazing this would be. Not to mention, downhill slopes just a minute walk. We all talked about how amazing this condo would be if you were a skier. The amenities the owners provide would make it dreamy (boot and glove drying rack and ski storage and large entryway)! At first, we were wary of the drive into town. But grew to LOVE the drive. It was so scenic and Montana views that it was actually looked forward too! The beds so comfortable, the closet and dresser space enormous, the master bedroom to die for, the spacious upstairs bathroom with plenty of space for everyone's toiletries. It never seemed that we were sharing the space with others (which is important with bathrooms). Not to mention having the two washers/dryers - such an added touch of convenience knowing that Montana is full of outdoor activities. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful with local advice. The check-in and more importantly, the check-out instructions detailed enough that we understood the expectations. We left feeling happy, recharged, well rested and clean!! I just can't say enough about our "it had everything" experience. Thank you!
