BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Great family retreat at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Bozeman. The home has an updated, modern decorated interior with a ton of space for guests and family. Huffman House is in East Bozeman, minutes away from Downtown Bozeman. A brewery, distillery, bars, and multiple restaurants are all within a two mile drive of your home.

Dogs are considered with owner approval and a fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the number and age/weight/breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The home has four bedrooms, two and ½ baths, and an office space. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, and a walk-in shower. A half bathroom is located off the living room. Downstairs there are three more bedrooms and a full bath: the first bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds with cozy flannel bedding, the second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom has two twins. There is a pool table and office space located in the basement as well!

KITCHEN: When you don’t feel like going out for your next meal, this updated kitchen will provide an excellent setting for cooking family meals. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, spacious countertops, and an island with seating for five. For more formal dining, there is a dining room with a table that seats up to twelve people. Perfect for having dinner guests!

LIVING ROOM: The living room blends into the dining room and offers plenty of seating to enjoy TV and movies on the large LED TV. There is a second living room off the kitchen that provides a relaxing space with a fireplace.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A large deck and abundant outdoor space allows you to enjoy Montana’s fine summer weather at Huffman House. Access the porch from the kitchen or the master bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee and fresh air while you wake up! The backyard of the house is on 1.7 acres.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: All of downtown Bozeman and its amenities are at your fingertips while you stay at Huffman House. When you’d like to connect to Montana’s natural beauty a bit more, you can walk over to Beall Park or take a short drive to the many trailheads that surround Bozeman. In the winter Bozeman’s cross-country ski trails are within a 10 mile drive and Bridger Bowl is 18 miles away. Big Sky skiing is within a 46 mile drive and Yellowstone National Park is 80 miles away.
