BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This luxurious townhouse is located within walking distance of downtown Bozeman and a six-minute drive to Montana State University. The location is ideal for walking to the many restaurants, breweries and shops on Main Street. The home is also close to the NE neighborhood with a great bakery and coffee shop as well as the Cannery District.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: This home offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. Both bedrooms feature luxury linen bedding. The master suite features a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower and dual showerheads, and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a custom closet as well as a wall mounted Frame flat screen television. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and vanity is situated next to the bedroom. Additionally, a desk/workspace is available in the hallway by the two bedrooms for those needing to work during their stay as well as a cute window bench. The first floor of the home has a half bath.

LIVING, KITCHEN, AND DINING AREA: The third floor is where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are located. The north-facing wall is predominantly windows, offering tons of natural light and mountain views. The living room includes a large smart TV, a Sonos music system, and a cozy L-shaped sofa. Behind the sofa, you'll find a dining table that seats six and nearby is the kitchen island providing additional seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas stove top, stainless steel island countertop, microwave drawer, dishwasher, and fridge. Just off the kitchen through the patio doors is an outdoor deck with a grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while looking out at the downtown Bozeman area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: This home is not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs. There is a powered dumbwaiter on the entry/first level, the dumbwaiter stops on the second and third levels and can be used to send groceries or small packages up and down. No riders in the dumbwaiter and the weight limit is 75 pounds.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: The home is just 10 miles from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Located 3 blocks from Main Street, The Cairns offers walking access to Main Street with local concert venues such as the Elm and Armory Music Hall. Additionally, the fairgrounds close by hosts several events including a weekly farmers market. Enjoy hiking, biking, and trail running right from town, along with fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, and all the attractions Bozeman has to offer. Montana State University is 1.3 miles away and the home is a great place to relax while visiting your future bobcat. The Bridger Bowl Ski Area is 17 miles away and Crosscut Mountain Sports Area is a few miles further. If you are traveling thru to Big Sky Ski resort its approx. 50 miles and Yellowstone National Park's North Entrance is a scenic 78-mile drive from the home.
