This is a lovely 4 bedroom home in a quiet tropical single family home neighborhood, located two miles from the beach and two miles from all the action of Atlantic Ave of Delray Beach, where all the shops, bars and restaurants are located. There is free parking, high speed internet, and a large private fenced in back yard. All the mattresses are brand new and ultra premium with high thread count sheets. The home is perfect for individuals, couples and families. The home can sleep up to 8 people. Small pets are welcome. No parties are permited!

Terrific property that is close to the beach. Owner had the property very well equipped with beach and other outdoor supplies, including plenty of beach towels. The welcome basket of water and snacks was a very nice touch! I would not hesitate to stay there again when I am back in the area.

Great place to stay!
The house is clean and is in a nice community. The back yard is big and great for kids to run around. All the essentials were provided like shampoo, body wash, detergent, trash bags, coffee, creamer, and a nice snack basket. The communication with the property management is easy. The grocery stores and restaurants are close to the house, very convenient. And the beach is not far either. I highly recommend staying in this house!

Exceeded Expectations
All 6 of us arrived for 3 days to a basket of snacks and drinks. Often rental homes don’t make it easy to live like at home, but this owner did. There was enough toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap and cleanup supplies like trash bags. We could relax instead of immediately running to the store. All the beds were comfortable. At the end of our stay we tidied up just like we would do at home. The one challenge was that sound travelled from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The early risers were unaware they were disturbing the late sleepers the first morning.

Very nice home in Boynton Beach
We rented this property for family who came to Boynton Beach for my daughter's Sweet 16. The property is very roomy and everyone was comfortable. The location is safe, central, and easy to get around for visitors new to the area. Communication with Tom was a breeze and the gift basket was a nice touch for some of my family members who drove 14 hours.

Open floor plan, good location
Central to the neurology center for my moms stroke treatment. House was open floor plan so easier for wheel chair in main house area. Bedrooms a little challenge for the wheel chair but workable. Great welcome snacks and responsive host was very nice. Only update I would suggest is better beds and pillows, they were a little hard. We would stay again though. It’s also close to the ocean, which was very nice.

My family and I had a staycation in Boynton Beach and we truly enjoyed Tom and Brittany’s home! Everything was very clean and organized, there was plenty of space for our family of 8 and pup. The location was great and we were very close to the beach and nearby stores. The neighborhood was very friendly and we definitely felt safe. We highly recommend staying at this property!

Comfy, cozy and perfect for a moms getaway
We had 4 moms coming in from all over the country for a weekend of respite, good food and beach time. The kitchen / common area is the heart of the house and was where we spent most of our time, but man, oh man, each having a bedroom to ourselves was the most magical piece of all :-) Proximity to Delray was fantastic (8 min drive) and we even wandered down to Boca for brunch and shopping without feeling like it was too far away. Great communication with the hosts, would absolutely stay again!

Looking for some fun in the sun during the dreary winter months. Needed a place that would allow pets and was centrally located. The house was clean, spacious and had a fenced in yard that was convenient with our dog. Overall nice stay!
