Enjoy a relaxing stay at our home two blocks from lake Charlevoix boat launch. Bring your boat! We have room for your boat and trailer. This property is a duplex. You will be renting the front unit. We are right across the street from a nature preserve. You have a private deck outside the front door to enjoy your morning coffee. If it's a little chilly there is a propane fire pit to keep you warm.
We have central air and Wi-Fi along with on demand hot water.

This home was wonderful for our family of 4. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is just as beautiful as the pictures show. Great restaurants just 5 minutes away and the ski resort was about 10 minutes.

Cute little house, very clean. Only one of the rooms is large enough to fit a toddler travel bed/crib but we made it work. Quick 1-2 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops.

This property is very updated and clean. The owner definitely cared about ensuring our stay was pleasant. Our intended purpose was to ski @ Boyne Mtn and the drive is very easy and quick to Boyne. If you want to utilize the downtown area of Boyne City it is very very close to this property.

Girls’ Getaway
I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, quaint and relaxing few days away with friends. We were able to easily visit Charlevoix, Boyne City and Petoskey with just a short drive. The cleanliness of the house was top notch and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The gift basket Kathy left was so thoughtful and the perfect way to begin our stay.

Boyne Rental
I have stayed in several rentals in the Boyne area and this one is by far the cleanest and most orderly I’ve experienced. The host responds quickly to any questions you may have regarding your stay and has made the accommodations as comfortable as possible. The home sits in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to shopping parks and restaurants. We look forward to another booking next time we are in Boyne City.

Beautiful VRBO
This VRBO is exceptional, just like the previous reviews stated. It looks just like the photos and is extremely clean and beautifully updated. Kathy is a great hostess and continued to check in and let us know about weather conditions and events happening in the area. From the welcome basket left for us full of goodies, to the makeup and hair towels, this VRBO has everything you need and more. We will defiantly stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location.
My family and I had a fantastic time. The home was absolutely beautiful, the beds were comfortable and fit our family of five perfectly. The location is really what seals the deal for this home. It’s less than a mile from downtown Boyne City and just a mile and a half from Young State Park. We spent nearly every day at the beach and or fishing and took some great walks into town to get ice cream. The great thing about Boyne City is it’s also very close to Petoskey and Charlevoix, there is so much to do in the area. Stay here, and you will not be disappointed!

Everything You’re Looking For
The pictures & description do not do this place justice. We were amazed at how clean the place was. Not a spec of dust. Very spacious for the 5 adults we had in our party. Full kitchen to make meals. Two bathrooms to accommodate how many guests we had staying. Within walking distance to the main strip & water. A short drive to other main cities, great lunch/dinner places, & other views. The communication the property owner had before, during, & after our stay was awesome. 5 stars just is not enough to give this place. If you’re looking for a sign to book this house, here it is!

Excellent hosts and wonderful stay
The property is beautifully and newly renovated inside and provides literally everything you need for your stay — soft beds, clean linens, well equipped kitchen, sparkling bathrooms, air conditioning, plus ready drinks (some light alcohol) and ice in the fridge. The grill worked on the first light and there’s also a propane fire pit on the tiny deck. While it’s off the beaten path on a side street, it’s within bike riding distance to town for ice cream and when we were there, a local boat festival. It was also our home base to get to Lake Michigan beaches and the Traverse Wheelway, a very scenic bike trail along the shoreline. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave us space while offering to meet any need we had which was perfect. If you’re looking for a very comfortable, extremely clean home base location at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend this property. It will be our next rental during the winter when we head to Boyne Mountain to ski.

This beautiful home is exactly as the pictures show, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, something you don’t always get at a rental. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the fire pit. I can’t say enough about the wonderful accommodations, Kathy’s attention to details made for a great stay!!

Wonderful experience!
We’ve stayed at a number of places in Boyne. This one was definitely a favorite. Kathy was a wonderful host. The location is great--a quiet street across from a wooded area, close to downtown Boyne. Everything was clean and new. We don't spend a lot of time in the house when we are vacationing, but it was very comfortable for the 3 children and 3 adults. We had a great time.
