Apartment 'Maison Dans Un Village Viticole' with Private Garden, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The "Mondeuse" cottage, located in Boyeux-Saint-Jérôme, offers 90 m² of space ideal for a comfortable vacation. It can accommodate up to 4 people with a living room that includes a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. Games, books, and toys for children are available upon request, and a baby cot can be provided. The bright living area, thanks to large sliding glass doors, features sofas, a coffee table, a wood stove, and a table for 6-8 people. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and devices for fondue, raclette, crepe, and waffles. The bathroom has a shower, with separate WC. A storage room for bikes and motorcycles is available.
The cottage offers a private garden, a balcony, and a charcoal barbecue. The garden furniture includes a table, chairs, and sun loungers for relaxation. Parking is available for two cars.
Located in a quiet winegrowing village, the "Mondeuse" cottage is accessible via a small road ensuring tranquillity. You can rent electric bikes and explore the many cultural and outdoor activities nearby, such as the Cerdon copper factory and caves, the J.C. Bonnet silk weaving museum, swimming at Chambod Island, and boat rentals on the Ain River. Discover the royal monastery of Brou in Bourg en Bresse, the medieval town of Pérouges, and the resistance museum in Nantua, with its lake perfect for swimming and walking. Although there are no shops in the village, you will find a bakery and grocery store 5 km away, with a supermarket at 10 km. The cottage is semi-detached on one side and adjoins our family home, with a south/southwest exposure.

As hosts since 2023, we welcome you to this themed vacation home dedicated to wine and vineyard. You will have the opportunity to visit our cellar and taste our locally produced wines. Guides, regional documentation, and hiking maps are available. Families with children are welcome, but pets, smoking, and event celebrations are not allowed on the property.
