"We spent our anniversary weekend here and it was great. It’s a very private little cabin with a nice deck and hot tub, and we loved using the grill on the deck as well. Didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit due to a burn notice, but it looks like a great setup. It’s a bit of a haiku to get groceriies, so come prepared. Very convenient to Harper’s ferry national historic park and all the hiking and history available there. "

"The property was as described and pictured. The house was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to work in and had plenty of amenities. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and in the kitchen, as well as, paper and toiletry products. A previous review had noted hearing gunfire during their stay. "My group of friends enjoyed our stay at the cabin after a day of light hiking and visiting nearby Harper's Ferry. The property manager/owner was great with communicating to make sure we were checked in and very quick at answering a question we had. I would stay again when visiting the area. "

"We enjoyed staying at Gretchen's beautiful, quiet, cozy chalet, which was clean and roomy and stocked well with towels, toiletries etc. We enjoyed the chalet's gorgeous large window views in the living room. The home housed a media projector and a large screen, which served as a television. Thankfully, my son has technical skills and set this up for us. We appreciated the welcome board message that greeted our family and the very nice welcome gift for us, chocolate and a Shenandoah handbag!...

"My family and I loved staying at this house. It had everything you could ever need. The beds were very comfortable, the living areas spacious, and the deck very expansive. The solo stove was a nice amenity to have. The check-in process was very easy and the recommendations for nearby activities and food were excellent. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Check-in instructions very easy to follow. The home is recently renovated, had a gorgeous view and was very clean. It’s an easy 10-15 min drive to the entrance to Skyline Drive. The chalet and especially the kitchen were well appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing get away. Although it’s a newly listed property, it obvious the hosts are experienced and were very gracious! Would highly recommend this property! "
