"A very quiet area and the property was clean and spacious. The shower and bathroom was very good and clean. A lovely place to stay,and local trams are regular and easy to get back into town. Excellent place , I would return and recommend."

"The entrance on the street is unprepossessing, but our room inside was excellent--clean and spacious, with an updated bathroom, plenty of outlets, a desk and a table with chairs, a sofa in a separate area so one person can read without bothering a partner sleeping, and two big windows. When we opened a window, we could hear the creek chuckling softly below. And in the mornings, Frau Winter provided a great breakfast buffet with something for everyone. "We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Easy walk to cross over to old town. Also close to restaurants without going to old town. On busy street but quiet the nights we were there. Space consisted of bedroom separated with door to dinette/coffee bar & bathroom. Communal breakfast room lovely. Continental breakfast traditional European continental and very ample."

"The apartment was spacious and had great views. We stayed for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. However, there are some drawbacks. My biggest complaint was that the windows did not have any screens and we spent the better part of the first evening killing all the critters that had come in the windows. Some we didn't even want to open because we could see so many spiders on the outside of them (up to 10 in one window).There were no fans in the apartment so it was rather stuffy...

"Schöne Wohnung, nahe der Innenstadt. Gemütliches Sofa, gutes Bett. Der Balkon ist auch ein Plus. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Frühstück nimmt man in der Wohnung ein, es ist aber für alles gesorgt. Dank der voll eingerichteten Küche kann man sich ein Abendessen selbst zubereiten."

"What a great stay! The Staff Amazing, (Thanks Udo) for all the information and recommendations. We normally don’t do breakfast let alone a buffet but buffet at their sister property is a do not miss! Make sure you ask for Eggs Benedict wonderful. A washer in the unit was wonderful, let staff know and they will bring you a drying rack. Location is perfect, close to sites and a moderate walk from the HBF. You won’t be disappointed thanks Udo for a great stay. "

Great place in the Altstadt

"Great central location, easy to navigate to with just a short walk from the nearest S-Bahn stop from Dresden Hbf. Room was spacious and tidy. Construction nearby was audible in the morning but this information is provided upfront on their website, so no surprises. I did not notice the nearby church bells. The amenities both in the room and on site were great. Would both recommend to others and stay here again. "
