"Our stay with the Ayrlington was good. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and the location was perfect - meaning we didnt have to drive anywhere. There were a few issues with the room (named Bamboo) that I felt were not indicative of a 5-star hotel. Things like: 1. Plug socket next to bed faulty so I was unable to plug something in. 2. Misaligned wallpaper 3. Missing bulbs in light fittings 4. Mix of warm and cool white lights in chandelier 5. Cracked toilet seat 6. Shower going...

The staff however were so kind and helpful; going above and beyond time after time to make our stay special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I would recommend booking a Sunday lunch if you the opportunity. Thank you for such a lovely stay."

"We were only there one night during Storm Darragh so didnt use the restaurant or bar, so can only comment on the room which was very nice with a lovely bathroom and great shower. Bed was really comfortable also 👍 9/10."
