"The property worked perfectly for our family trip with the grandkids. Location is great for Santas Village and Storyland. The facility had great pools and game room. There are row boats and a petting area for the kids too. Our unit was very clean and well equipped with our kitchen needs. Lots of puzzles and books for the kids . The owners communicated with us to make sure our needs were met. Would stay here again next year!!"

"Two problems: couldn’t lock door when we left condo. And communication not good. We called when we arrived and again next am. Good thing the problem wasn’t that we couldn’t get in to condo! Apparently the person responsible called us the next day but due to spotty cell service in the area we did not get the message until third day we were there. To be fair, condo was in good condition, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom adequate, good supply of bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher too....

"We had a wonderful long weekend stay this December. Fabulous apartment with plenty of space for our family of two adults and two kids 10. Very clean, comfortable beds, great amenities, very convenient location for skiing and getting into Bethlehem and Littleton. You can tell this rental was very well thought out with all of the attention to detail and functionality. We hope to be back this ski season!"

"We had a great time! Loved the location, close to both story land and santas village. Also easy access to downtown littleton and hiking trails. It was a beautiful, clean, and spacious condo, quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay here again. The one thing we noted was that the listing mentioned A/C, which the condo did not have. It did however have fans in every room and the nights were cool enough to stay comfortable. "
