"This farmhouse is old with rustic charm. The owners did a well job of fixing up the place. It was a perfect stay for our family and friends. However, the farmhouse is extremely close to a main road that the speed limit is 55 MPH, if you have litte ones"

"Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot."

"This is our family's second time at the Barn Loft and we will return many times for years to come. I look forward to our next visit to the Belleayre ski area and our next stay at your House. The communication with Susan and Jonathon as always was excellent! Hoping to one day come with more friends and take over both properties at this location!"

"We enjoyed cooking, reading and relaxing in this spacious lovely farmhouse. We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape."

The house and property were magnificent! So immaculately and comfortably designed, and the grounds were nothing short of picturesque. "The property location was beautiful and all prior reviews were spot on. The views were all that and more. Waking up to the sunrise peeking over the mountains was majestic and peaceful. We were incredibly lucky to experience a snowstorm and woke up to 6” on Thxgiving morning. It was just perfect. We had a fire and made a snowman. My dog had a great time in the snow. We all cooked an amazing Thxgiving dinner together in the well equipped kitchen that even had a turkey baster (impressed). ...
