Unfortunately upon arrival our bedding wasn’t clean, we stripped the bed and found several hairs, even clumps of hair in pillow cases. We raised this with the front desk and asked that we don’t have any housecleaning for our stay. As we bought replacement pillows and bed sheets ourselves. Housekeeping proceeded to try and enter the room, front desk was nice and tried their best with us...

Took us nearly two weeks to realise that there was an electric shutter in the second bedroom . . . which didn't work. Facilities at nearby motel were laughable. The promised iPod dock was not there. Wifi iffy. ome lights would stay on, some wouldn't come on and would trip the fuse box every now and again. Gardens unkept and litter strewn."
