The space
The estate covers 1000 sqm and is furnished with designer furniture, offering every modern comfort including internet, air conditioning, and heating. It features large communal areas such as a spacious 30 sqm Carrara marble kitchen (with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two freezers, a wine cooler, two ovens, and a microwave), a 50 sqm dining room that can accommodate 50 people, a 30 sqm billiard room, and a 35 sqm cinema room with an 85-inch TV, two four-seater sofas, two armchairs, and board games. There is also another 25 sqm living room with a sofa, two armchairs, and a bar corner for relaxing or reading. The day area also includes a restroom with dual sinks and two separate toilets.
