"11 of us stayed in the gite for 2 weeks (6 adults, 5 children). The property itself is absolutely stunning. Exactly as the photos depict, although the kitchen was smaller than we thought it would be. "We really enjoyed our week stay. Rod and Zeena have thought of everything for the holiday makers both in and out of the gite. They greeted us so warmly on our arrival and provided us with the essentials for the first night, including cold beers in the fridge as we stepped out of our car! "We had a perfect stay in Elske’s beautiful property in Chadenac. It is really well equipped with a lovely warm pool and plenty to keep us amused such as basketball, table tennis and trampolining. We were looked after very well by Elske’s Team. It was perfectly situated for trips into the château town of Jonzac and historic Pons and only 40 minutes from the estuary towns of Mortagne and Talmont. A stay here is very highly recommended."
