A lovely hotel very close to Boscombe pier. Dog friendly & you have use of their garden too. Hosts were lovely & very welcoming. Room was a good size with a huge bed & very comfortable. Will definitely use again if in Bournemouth area.

The room was cold on both nights. Owner said they had sorted heating but heating didn’t come on. Shower temperature gauge not working properly - freezing cold to boiling hot water without warning. Very expensive for what it was. However host was very welcoming.

Exceptionally friendly welcome. Bargain priced clean comfy single room with shared bathroom - 4 single rooms share 2 bathrooms 1 of which is very spacious. Wide corridors lined with a wonderful carpet giving an air of grandeur when walking about. Sink with hot / cold water kettle in room. I did not sample the breakfast..book in advance. Free off street parking at rear and safe plentiful free on street parking at front. A short walk to Boscombe high street which is ok. 1 miles to Bournemouth town centre and a pleasant 1/2 mile stroll to cliff top path. A very happy stay.
