The staff here were very helpful. The decor is a bit tired and the rooms bland. The most difficult thing was the ridiculously tiny shower room with the smallest shower cubicle and basin in the world! Totally inadequate

Very nice decor in the downstairs lounge for guests and the dining area. Staff were also very professional and pleasant. However the downside was cleanliness of the room, there were small stains on the headboard, the coffee and tea had not been refilled and the towels seemed very thin and overused.

TLC needed
Upon arrival the welcome was somewhat frosty and many of the facilities were not open for use, bar and lounge area etc The building and decor is tired and could do with some tlc. Shower/bathroom was tiny and no hot water after leaving it running for a good 5 mins. Bed was rock hard and not a good nights sleep. Breakfast was cold and not enjoyable.

Why I wouldn't bother
Late night oking and actually wished I hadn't bothered. The rooms look like someone has taken a unsu d bact if black paint and used it thoughoutvtge building. The safe wouldn't work, and they tried to charge me £10 for overnight parking.

Hotel looks modern, but is dated. The rooms were not clean and we had 3 rooms, all the same. Tiny rooms, no air con. Pool empty, lift doesn't work, rooms really hot, tiny bathrooms, toilets blocked, poor breakfast choice.

Main lift out of order over 3 months. Reception guy was great and not his fault however someone with mobility issues should call the site before going… rooms are small and tiny shower cubicles

Wouldn’t recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean enough but rough around the edges. Walls were very thin so could hear a lot in other rooms and the cooked breakfast was mostly cold (even at the point of serving)

When checked in, the young man not very hospitable and then came back for 2nd check in and Manager was not have correct information about my check in. Told Manager about door that Leeds out to patio dose not lock properly. Ended up leaving early as not feeling safe about the doors not locking properly. Room not serviced every day.

The hotel from its outside is nothing as promoted on this website. We were talking to the hotels manager who said the hotel is still going through renovations, which to us was fine nothing disturbed us and are room was clean and perfect for what we needed it for. Are room was very hot and the radiator made a hell of a noise throughout the night again not a complaint from us but other people would not of been happy. A few stains on the carpet again didn’t effect are stay but other people may moan about this. Hotel manager was very helpful throughout our stay, even when my booking from your website hasn’t shown up we booked breakfast. Lift wasn’t in order maybe needs to be stated as people older or with disabilities may struggle getting cases or luggage up and down stairs.

The pits of a hotel.
Do not be stay at this hotel it’s not a Radisson hotel it’s been franchised out. Immigrants was stopping at this hotel up until last year. No outside seating area/ no pool it was empty with weeds growing in it. Bar not open till 6 o clock when stated on website 2 o clock no lift working and been like this since march bedrooms disgusting no a/c windows don’t open hardly and all seals gone. Carpets all badly stained. Given first room the bathroom was having maintenance done in it lid on toilet system on floor, all the shower plug and contents just on shower tray, towels chucked on bedroom floor with toilet rolls and on top of sink bottle of unblock cleaning material. Next room moved to just stank of mould and damp same again with windows and carpets. But we accepted it till I went to the toilet to lift the lid up and find excrement splatted everywhere. Photos to show be aware. Got the manager up to see it and told him I was checking out with my sister and want a full refund which is still being sorted with hotels.com. Ruined my weekend away as got a concert booked and couldn’t find any more hotels to stop in all fully booked. So ended up not going to concert and driving all the way back to Nottingham and loosing the money for my tickets. That hotel needs shutting down it’s false advertising on all the websites. But I will be taking this higher. Do not go to this hotel.
