The space
A newly refurbished modern 2 bedroom flat that sleeps 4 comfortably and 6 on request for an extra fee.
Lounge:
Our lounge combines comfort and functionality, perfect for remote working or focused study sessions by the seaside. It features a 43” smart TV with Bluetooth, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. For cosy night-in entertainment, we have some crowd pleasing games to keep a group entertained for hours including, Monopoly, Jenga and Uno. The central dining table doubles as an ideal workspace, complemented by four comfortable chairs and a large sofa for relaxation. With high-speed WiFi and a portable charging station, you'll stay connected and powered up throughout your seaside break.
Kitchen:
Our kitchen is kitted out with all the utensils you could need to make easy meals during your stay. The main kitchen appliances include: an electric oven, induction hob, extraction fan, a medium-size fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Although we do not have a washing machine, our convenient location is just a 2 minute walk away from The Laundrette, open 7 days a week.
Master King Size Bedroom 1:
The master bedroom’s statement features include a king sized bed, a super size vanity mirror and black out Californian blinds. This airy spacious room will give you a comfortable dreamy nights sleep and lie in, whilst also being the perfect “preparation room” for a group.
Double Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom’s key features include a snug double bed, Californian black out blinds and a convenient basin giving guests an extra hygienic space where you could sanitise your hands and face as often as you wish.
Parking -1 Free Shared Parking Space:
Our premises has 1 free parking space, which is shared between 3 other airbnb flats in the same block. This space can be used on a first come first serve basis. If this space is occupied on your arrival there is a NCP car park just a 4 minute walk down the road charging only £10 for 24 hours when pre-booked. There is also free off-road parking within a 10 minute radius of the flat.
Please note, we can not be responsible for any damage caused to your car during your stay if you are unable to park in the space outside the airbnb. Alternatively, if you are travelling via public transport, Bournemouth Train and Coach stations are approximately 20 minutes walk away and a 10 minute bus ride.
Please also be advised that due to the hallway leading up to our flat, we do not recommend this property for anyone that may struggle to walk up or down steep stairs. This includes very young children or anyone that may be at higher risk of falling.
