Modern, contemporary semi detached home with partial sea views, situated in the prime location of Alum Chine.This new build house is stylishly finished and furnished to a high standard throughout, being both light and spacious ideal for families with plenty of room spread out over four levels. The property is also ideally located for easy walking access to the beaches of Bournemouth and local amenities of Westbourne or surrounding towns.
This luxury holiday home is located just a short 5 minute walk to Branksome Dene Park & golden sandy beaches with easy accessibility to all the attractions and amenities of Bournemouth and Poole. Beautifully presented, this four bedroom house is set over four floors comprising of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (which are zip beds that can be set to super-king size - please select which option you would prefer in the booking form and add additional notes where required.) One of the rooms is located in the basement (underground level) and the other on the 1st floor. There are also three bath/shower rooms with luxurious rainfall shower heads and a separate WC.
The lower ground floor hosts one of the zip bed rooms which has an en-suite shower room and plenty of storage space, this room is ideal for the children or couples who want some privacy. There is also a small laundry (with a washing machine) and storage cupboard . The ground floor hosts a double bedroom with large patio doors which offer views of the front garden, a separate W.C. and the stunning open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes all the mod cons, NEFF electric double oven, dishwasher, wine cooler, induction hob, ipod docking station and is a great space for entertaining, especially in the summer months where the space can be opened up to the elements by opening the patio doors to the patio/garden area. Good sized garden with a large wooden table & chairs included.
The first floor accommodates the lounge with 50" flat-screen television (DVD's left by the owners for guests to enjoy in the evenings), comfortable seating area and access to a balcony area overlooking Alum Chine beach with great partial sea views. Complimentary WIFI (subject to availability from the internet service provider). At the rear of the first floor is the other zip bed room and a shower room. Complimentary x1 cot and x1 highchair stored at the property, for any additional items please select on the booking form (surcharge applies).
The top floor is home to the 'master suite', the bedroom has impressive high ceilings and access to private balcony with breathtaking partial sea views; a prime location for having a cup of tea in the mornings or glass of wine in the evenings. Located on the other side of the landing, this floor has a "walk through" wardrobe/dressing area which takes you through to the master bathroom. Relax in the large corner bath or make use of the separate rainfall shower and also "his & hers" sinks.
There is underfloor heating throughout and air re-circulation. Unrestricted on road parking. Pure cotton sheets and plump, fluffy towels are included. This deluxe family holiday home will allow you to relax and enjoy your holiday and make you want to return year after year!

Minimum booking price set at £850. This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.

Great location, great stay
The property was as advertised, smooth arrival process and perfect for our group. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, rooms and linens clean. The week we visited was very hot and the house did heat up due to all the windows. We loved hearing the seagulls and being so close to the beach, and the house was perfect for our needs. A barbecue and wall mounted air conditioning unit on the master level would make this truly 5* for a summer stay. Would stay here again.

It is a pity the first impression is tired décor and a broken blind, as the property is very good, with plenty of room for the family to spread out, then come together in the communal rooms.

What a fantastic house! We spent a fabulous week here, the property was clean and comfortable for 8 of us. Easy walking distance to beach and amenities and just a short drive to all the area has to offer.

Lovely property in a great location
We had a lovely stay at the property in April 2021 as a family of 5. This is a comfortable house in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk to a gorgeous beach (even with a 1, 4 and 6 year old in tow!) Some of the rooms could perhaps do with a little updating in view of the price but all are cosy and comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely. When we arrived the property really smelled bad. We opened every single door and window to air it out. We believe this is just due to the covid / lockdown situation - we were likely the first people to have stayed here for a very long time. The heating wasn’t good and it took a long time for the house to warm up. Obviously not a problem if you stay in summer. There was no travel cot on arrival despite the listing saying there was one in the property and having specifically requested one also. However Smart Homes were very helpful and immediately sorted this out. They were very responsive with every request. It’s only possible to get internet in one room of the house (both my husband and I found this - both with the WiFi on or off, and we have separate phone providers). The house is split over 4 floors so I wouldn’t recommend it for people with young toddlers who are just learning to navigate stairs.

Very unusual house on 4 floors!! Exceptionally well appointed rooms in quiet road near the beach and a great Italian restaurant just down the hill. We did have a few problems with the alarm, the hot water and various kitchen utensils being dirty but otherwise a very enjoyable stay
