"Our third stay at this villa and the first with Fabrice the new owner, who has made numerous improvements. It was good before and is now excellent. The weather for our second week was wet and chilly, so could have done with the pool being heated, but understand this is one of the plans for next year. We will definitely try to go back again."

"A great property,very comfortable,needs a little TLC. Very well equiped kitchen,a great fridge,we had lovely evenings in front of the fire with our after dinner aperitif. A very relaxing oasis ,we all had great sleeps. Convienient location for exploring the Bordeau area. Easy train connection to Bordeau city,and very close to a great supermarket in Montpon. We had a great time."

"Rien à redire sur la maison et son emplacement très au calme. Aucun bruit pas de voisin, et un très bel espace jardin avec piscine et beaucoup de coins sympas avec du mobilier extérieur. L'équipement de la maison est très complet notamment la cuisine ou encore le Braséro pour les BBQ. Je pense que nous pourrions la louer à nouveau. Merci pour l'accueil Corinne."

"The property is beautiful and the setting is extremely tranquil and restful. The house has absolutely everything that you need for a prolonged stay and with a car is conveniently located for grocery shopping etc. The area is absolutely beautiful and the wines are very good. "We all had a absolutely wonderful time here. Enough space and facilities for everyone to do things together and/or have quite time with a book somewhere. The river nearby offered even more more great fun and activities. Eric was an amazing host with lots of help and info of where to go for markets etc. We can recommend this beautiful spot for big families."

"We had a wonderful stay here and would 100% stay here again in the future. The owners were lovely. We only saw her once outside of check in and check out and that was to bring some new umbrellas, but she was eager to help and provide us with information of the surrpunding areas. "Mr Onillon was a great host, meeting us at the property and again at departure. A genuinely lovely man. The property is very comfortable and well equipped. We cycled a lot and there are good routes both ways along the Dordogne with Bergerac 20k away, plus a number of Bastide villages all around. Bordeaux is an hour in a car and Sarlat, La Roque and Domme all around 90 minutes away. Huge supermarket 2 minutes away in the car and a big Saturday market in St Foy. "I rented the property at Belvilla which seemed to be located at Saint_George-de-Montclard. The accommodation seemed fine at first. However, on the evening of day two we found several mice in the main living area and soon afterwards we found at least 4 more running around the kitchen. My wife and other family members were extremely upset. Many of my party wanted to leave immediately. They found it very hard to be in the building with mice running around.
