Our accommodation is located in a beautiful historic building in stone and timbered in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the city center (Rue Mirebeau). The apartment has a large living room open to the kitchen, bright and crossed by long beams.

The 2 bedrooms are quiet and comfortable (sheets are provided and changed after each stay), a sofa bed is available extra for a 5th traveler or children.

Thanks to the thick stone walls It is very hot in winter and very cool in summer.

You will find less than a minute walk, a Monoprix, many restaurants, shops.
5 minutes walk from the marshes of Bourges
8 minutes walk from the cathedral.
12 minutes walk from the train station.

A private parking space at the foot of the apartment can be rented for 5 € / night (make the request by courier during your reservation).

Your arrival is entirely autonomous thanks to a connected key box. We send you a unique code corresponding exactly to the dates of your stay and a complete description of the access to the places. Inside the key box, you will find the keys of the apartment and the parking badge if you want the parking. All explanations are given once the reservation is confirmed.
