Aiguille Grive 1 building in the quiet district of Charmettoger. Grocery / bakery / pizzeria, laundromat, passes and ski rental down the building.
Club pioupiou close to your grandchildren and the snow front of the resort
5 minutes walk from the resort center, covered parking and shuttle bus stop next to the building.
Direct trains from many European cities to Bourg Saint Maurice, you change dock, take the funicular to Arcs 1600 and then a few minutes shuttle which drops you at the foot of the building.

Located on the 5th floor of the building, facing south-west with beautiful view of the valley.
Living room, kitchen, balcony and bathroom with tub and toilet on the ground floor.

Great location
The appartement is fine and has everything you need. We appreciated the location the most, right at the slopes and near a very calm chairlift where we never had to wait. The only negative feedback is that the appartement was not very clean at arrival and the beds are not very comfortable ( too rigid and very small/ short)

Great little ski-in/ski-out base
Great little apartment as a base for our ski holiday. Couldn't get closer to the piste! For 2 adults and 2 teenagers, the apartment was cosy, but maximised use of space for storage. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Parking was tricky - we'd advise booking a space well in advance if possible during busy weeks.

Super appart
Appartement bien conçu, bien équipé, bien situé, départ et retour ski aux pieds. Accès à l'Esf via la navette. Super semaine de vacances! Échanges avec le propriétaire très aisés. Seul petit bémol, la propreté moyenne de l'appartement a notre arrivé, d'autant plus gênant quand on paye un forfait ménage assez élevé.

Très bon emplacement
Appartement suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes. Beaucoup de rangements. L'appartement est au calme et à côté des pistes. Le balcon est ensoleillé toute la journée. Idées: ajouter un appareil à raclette, un petit transat, une table et des chaises pliantes sur le balcon pour pouvoir manger le midi.

Agréable séjour aux Arcs
L’appartement a été bien rénové dans sa partie supérieure et reste confortable. La situation dans la station est idéale et l’accès aux pistes est très rapide. La résidence est calme et adaptée aux séjours en famille. Un seul bémol sur la propreté de la location à l’arrivée qui était tout juste correcte. Une véritable procédure d’état des lieux permettrait certainement de responsabiliser les usagers ou bien imposer un ménage extérieur avec une liste très précise des choses à faire à chaque départ/arrivée. Par ailleurs, l’attente a été très longue à l’agence, environ 45 minutes, juste pour récupérer des clés.

great cozy place near quite lift
We had a wonderfull stay at this appartment. It is perfect with 4 persons. It was clean. Next to the slopes and the most quite lift in les arcs during high season. The backery and in the evening the Pizzaria is perfect , very good en very cozy. If we go back to les arcs next year we definatelly come back. Minke

Résidence bien située, très proche des pistes, facile d'accès.
Résidence bien entretenue, calme, sauf un appartement situé près du nôtre et occupé par des Irlandais, très bruyants notamment le soir et la nuit après leur sortie nocturne (entre 3 et 4hdu matin). Nous les avions avertis mais rien n'a changé de la semaine. C'est déplorable.

toller Urlaub in toller Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und klein, aber ein wahres Raumwunder. Wir waren mit 4 Personen da und hatten genügend Platz für alles. Für sehr große Personen ist ggf. der niedrige Esstisch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist top: nur wenige Meter durch den Etagenflur, durch 2 Türen hindurch und man steht auf der Piste ! Also: empfehlenswert!

Stunning views and great resort
The apartment is in the perfect location to ski to the lift and the resort itself is so expansive and well serviced by lifts that you can experience a different part of the mountain every day. The apartment was more than comfortable for 3 people with comfy beds and everything you need for your week long stay. Just be a bit careful if you're tall as my 5'10" boyfriend had to walk around upstairs with his head bent down to not hit the ceiling (no problem downstairs) but too be honest we didn't spend much time up there other than to sleep so it was fine.

A very well designed, well equipped little apartment. So close to slopes. Perfect!
Ski to door makes life so much easier! Ski out to right to the slower Charmettogger lift or walk a very short distance to left and ski down to Transarc or Villards lifts and also the Arc 1800 main shopping/eating area. The apartment is well designed, there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen is well equipped with many pots, pans and all the utensils you need. Plenty of plates, cups, glasses etc. Full sized fridge with freezer box and dishwasher big enough for putting on after each meal (or once a day if you only have light meals). Great to have a bed each without having to sleep in the living area and to have the toilet room on the same floor as the bedrooms and main bathroom on the main living area level was very helpful. Super communication from the owners. Thank you!

Very handy apartment. Close to everything you will need
Kitchen is well equipped, fridge is large enough for a weeks food. A short walk to a basic, but expensive food shop, ski hire and laundry. Go to the Sherpa in the centre as it’s much cheaper and better stocked. The apartment is in a very quiet area and very easy access to the pistes. Beds are comfortable and there is enough hanging space for clothes, and space in the hall to hang ski jackets etc. All in all a great apartment for us. Deposit was returned very quickly. The WiFi - not supplied by the owner - is not really worth paying. It is very slow or unusable during peak times, which is when you want to use it! The owner was very responsive and got back to me very quickly. I would recommend this apartment for 2-4 adults or family with 2-3 children.

Appartement bien équipé et idéalement situé au pieds des pistes
L'appartement, auquel on accède par une petite route en bordure de station, se trouve dans un immeuble style "années 70", qui peut déplaire à certains ; l'appartement correspond à des standards de confort et de décoration peut-être un peu passés. Mais c'est le seul défaut que l'on peut trouver à ce logement. Aménagé en duplex, avec un étage refait au goût du jour, il dispose de tous les équipements qui rendent le séjour facile et confortable (lave-vaisselle, four, télé, nombreux rangements etc.). Le soir, le soleil se couche sur le balcon (quand il fait beau ha ha). Le gros plus : on accède aux pistes par une porte au fond du couloir, littéralement située à une dizaine de mètres de l'appartement. On peut donc facilement repasser par l'appartement pour manger le midi. Le petit centre, où se trouve les commerces, est situé en contrebas, à une dizaine de minutes de marche, ou 5 si vous marchez vite. En bas de l'immeuble, une petite épicerie propose du pain, des pizzas pas mauvaises et les produits de base.

Départs et arrivées des pistes au prés de l'immeuble.Une seule chambre et deux lits sur le palier en haut,bien jusqu'à quatre personnes.Le rembourssement de la caution n'est pas très rapide!!

Alles prima
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Die Lage des Apartments ist super, (fast) direkt an der Piste, Einkaufen zu Fuss im Ort, gut und schnell erreichbar. Falls man Ski ausleiht: unten am Haus gibt es 2 Verleihe, über den Vermieter erhält man Prozente, noch günstiger ist eine Vorab-Onlinebuchung bei den Verleihen, so haben sie auch das Material da und müssen es nicht aus einem anderen Laden besorgen. Das Auto braucht man eine Woche lang nicht. In den Ferien im Februar gab es Parkprobleme, dann muss man am Haus ausladen und weit weg parken, falls man oben keinen Parkplatz erhält. Vermutlich ist eine frühe Reserverung im Parkhaus vor dem Haus sinnvoll. Die Wohnung ist, wie alle anderen wohl auch, klein, aber man bekommt wirklich das ganze Gepäck verstaut. Zu Fünft hat es gut gereicht, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir haben einen großen Karton im Eingangsbereich auf den Boden gelegt, so wurde der Teppich beim Skischuhausziehen nicht nass. Die Ski werden auf den Balkon gelegt, Skischuhe hatten wir in 2 Einkaufsklappboxen im Bad unten stehen. Wir haben das Leitungswasser aus dem Hahn getrunken und mussten keine Getränke schleppen. Der Kontakt zum netten Vermieter war ohne Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
