"The location was great after spending the day at Capitol Reef. The curtains did not block enough light in the morning. The walls are a little thin and you can hear other guests going up the stairs. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant called La Cueva. Would stay again!"

"Super friendly staff, fast and easy check in. Laid back, large clean rooms. Well insulated, couldn't hear any traffic passing by, even though property is located right off the main road. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Escalante!"

"This is a quiet, clean and well managed property, I would recommend for anyone who is in the area to stay at this lovely hotel. Only two things I would recommend for the property to pay attention to. 1. They send texts and stating property respond to the text and they don’t. The front desk states they don’t get the texts. So if you are like me, trying to communicate with the property via the text they send you, please take a note. 2. The hot tub is a nice feature but so much chlorine and chemicals in it that my eyes and lungs got burned not while I was in it for a short while even the next day I can still smell 5e chemicals. I think instead of cleaning properly they are keep adding chemicals or using too much of it. That needs to be taken care of. It is toxic. The other guests were stating the same,"

"Nice and quiet stay in Boulder, UT. Only 15-20 minutes from Lower Calf Creek Falls in Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument. Large studio apartment with kitchenette, comfy bed and privacy. The bathroom was a little tight and not as updated as the rest of the apartment, but overall we had a very nice stay. "

"Just an amazing home. Beautiful inside, stunning grounds. Remote location in the Escalante River valley, but 20 minutes to the town of Escalante for coffee and food. Easy communication with the host. A definite place to come back to."
