A majestic 5 acres lends to the privacy and mountain ambiance that make Left Hand Meadows the perfect place to escape to on your next vacation or group retreat! The style of these 2 homes is modern Colorado with upscale décor elements in every room. Nearly mirror images of each other, the upper floor of the homes easily flow between the living room, dining room and kitchen, allowing for great interaction with family and friends. Speaking of kitchens, both of ours are the best with stainless appliances, open shelves, sleek fixtures, and a prep island with seating. Each home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and doors leading out to a deck from both the living room and primary bedroom on this floor.
Head to the lower level of each home to find a second living room, 2 additional private bedrooms, and another full bathroom. There is also a large conference room that connects the homes, an ideal space for overflow seating at meals, game nights, or corporate meetings.

Listing Access
Left Hand Meadows is duplex-style property consisting of two separate homes connected by a conference room. Guests have full access to both homes including the driveways, side and back decks, front & back yards, and two 2-car garages. There is parking for up to 8 more vehicles in the driveway.
Boats, RVs and trailers are welcome here and can park on property.
We have exterior cameras located at the around the exterior of the house (there are NO cameras inside the home).
There is plenty of parking available on the driveway or in the garage. Street parking is not allowed.
Please be respectful of our neighbors, by keeping noise to a reasonable level and do not trespass onto anyone else's property.
No smoking inside the house. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine.
Other general rules:
1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 10:00 pm.
4. Outside amplified music must be approved by the host in advance.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage, or on the driveway.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Return furniture to its original location. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fee.
