Family mountain retreat 0.9 miles from 4th and Mapleton and just over a mile to Pearl Street on 5 acres with above ground pool and decks everywhere.

Huge vaulted ceiling with 24' windows, open concept, 64" fireplace, cabin with TV and Internet. Seasonal pond and creek (currently dry). 24 foot above ground pool. Badminton, soccer, frisbee.

Truly in town, with the feeling of being in the mountains.

Great House in a Great Location!
The property is beautiful, has great views, close to hiking trails, and was very comfortable for our group of 12, ranging in age from 4 to 77. You feel like you're far away from everything, but the location is remarkably close to Pearl Street shopping, etc. My family had a great time staying here, and I highly recommend!

Gorgeous views & great location!!
The house was beautiful and is just as listed and photographed. It’s in a great location near hiking and downtown Boulder but still felt like a mountain getaway. Our group was very comfortable at the house and Jason was available via text and responded quickly! Would recommend this home for your next trip to Boulder.

Outstanding location that’s close to town and remote at the same time. Saw many deer and spring snow shower was nice and peaceful. Plenty of room to spread out in the house and only had to go to grocery for food. Bring hiking shoes to get across the street to Centennial trailhead. Would stay again, great host communication throughout as well

The property is beautiful. The house has all the games and amenities you could ask for. The owner was super responsive and helpful in planning our trip. Definitely stay here if you have a big crowd. Lots of communal room and we enough beds for everyone to be comfortable.

Beautiful Boulder
Our extended family stayed at this amazing property right outside of Boulder. Beautiful scenery made you feel like you were in the mountains but a quick 5 minute drive and you were in downtown. Super convenient, lots to do with the kids (swimming, hiking), wildlife viewings and well stocked house. Jason was very accommodating quickly helping us with whatever we needed. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Colorado and this home was the highlight of the trip! Pictures can’t do this property justice. The views from the home are absolutely outstanding! Perfect location
The location was great. Out of the busy area but less than 5 minutes to Pearl. The young ones loved it and the layout of the bedrooms let the adults without kids hide away from the chaos when we needed a break. As a trail runner there were 3 awesome trail runs right from the door that i was really having fun on. The property owner was fast to respond to messages and super friendly. 5 stars, would stay again, highly recommend:)

The Most Perfect Weekend
This property is INCREDIBLE. We are so grateful we got to stay here on this beautiful and secluded property that is so close to downtown Boulder. The location is divine - the best mix of privacy but also close to everything, the house is stunning and spacious, and Jason was the best host! He was so friendly - he gave us a little tour when we first arrived and he communicated with us all weekend. Our only real problem is that we actually had to leave.

Family reunion in Boulder. Twelve of us stayed at the house with age ranges from 2-73. Loved to be able to visit with our Boulder families at the house. We enjoyed the pool when the weather allowed. Close to town, Pearl Street and hiking trails. Yet we were in the wild, with deer wandering the grounds in the early morning and evening. Jason was a great host. Very responsive when we had questions.

Celebrating a family wedding
The two families of the bride and groom gathered together in this wonderful house allowing us to cook and host the rehearsal dinner, while staying close to the wedding venue in Boulder, Is has a magnificent Master Suite for the new couple and a great place for the bride to get ready. The house is well appointed with everything you need and plenty of spaces indoor and out for family and friends to visit. Awesome private property. I can highly recommend that it is worth the spend.

Wedding Weekend
Sunshine Daydream was a perfect spot for our extended family to stay as they celebrated our son's wedding. Our group ranged in age from 14 to 84. The location was beautiful, close to hiking trails but still very accessible to downtown. The first afternoon we were there we were greeted by a large family of deer, including one with huge antlers, strolling by the property. Inside, the layout of the house was great with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. This is a great house for a large group looking to experience all that Boulder has to offer.

My wife and I had our mini-wedding at this Vrbo located near Mount Sanitas Valley with friends and family. The property was very spacious with beautiful surroundings and many activities that we could enjoy (ping pong, basketball, pool, and etc.). We really appreciated the fact that Jason was very communicative throughout our stay. If you are looking for a getaway for a large party with proximity to hiking trails and all the shops on Pearl street, we would highly recommend it! The only issues we really had was that the main floor was a bit dirty and could use a deep clean, and we felt that the place could have been maintained better overall.

A winter wonderland
We had 3 generations of family visiting Boulder for a big birthday celebration. The house was a perfect backdrop for the gathering. During our stay, there was a huge snowstorm and the canyon views out every window were just gorgeous. There were also several Elk sightings, which added to the fun. The great room was really large and comfortable for the group as we hung out and played games while watching the snow roll in. Jason, the owner, was also very welcoming, helpful and immediately responsive. The canyon house driveway is long and steep and we especially appreciated the snow removal when we needed to get to town!

Christmas 2022
Our family is very grateful for the opportunity to spend Christmas together at this wonderful home. Colorado charm with easy access to downtown Boulder. The house is as described with ample room to spread out and wonderful space to be together as well. We experienced all types of weather. Snow, subfreezing temps and bright sunshine and the house did not disappoint. We have experienced no one better then Jason as a VRBO host. He was available, helpful and enthusiastic in making our stay as good as it was. Would love to stay here again
