My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. "The hotel itself is luxurious but it’s rather remote. In the summer, I imagine it would be okay to just hang out at the beach or play golf. For winter, both those options were out, and there wasn’t much to do there. But the main reason I am rating the hotel a 4 rather than a 5 is because of their spa. It was the worst spa at a luxury hotel that I had ever been to. The staff was inattentive, the quality of their services was mediocre, and they had no amenities at all for their clients. No towels...
