"The hotel is older and could use some updates, but my room was clean and the service was good. The front desk staff and owners were very friendly, and the area felt safe. I appreciated the continental breakfast, and there was ample parking available. Plus, there’s a jacuzzi and pool, which are nice amenities to enjoy."

"This hotel went above and beyond before I even arrived. I flew in to Madison to go to Green Bay so I only booked my fly in and fly out dates here. To save on the car rental I asked the airport to pick me up on fly in day, then drop me off the next day to get the car. Then pick me up after I dropped the car off on the day before I flew out. I mentioned that I’d have to make other arrangements to get dropped off for my departure flight because the flight was outside of posted shuttle hours. They offered to call the driver in 2 hours early to accommodate. The driver was amazing and the communication was great. Upon arriving at the property the service remained stellar. The front desk attendant was great and again went above and beyond by ensuring we were able to watch the football game we wanted to and assisting with local recommendations. The price is great. Especially considering the airport and area shuttle service. The rooms are very large. The hotel itself is a little older and it shows in places. Not complaining at all, I got more than my money’s worth and way higher service quality than expected. Would stay again."
