"This property was definitely not suitable for holiday accommodation our plane was delayed and we arrived at 1.30 a.m. We had to pick up the key in one area of the town and walk to another area as there did it seem to be any taxis. We had had no previous Iousnindication it was on the 4th floor and the lifts did not work at night. It was overlooking busy railway line and busy docks.."

We requested a kingsize bed but ended up with two singles, this would have been ok, but they were on wheels and kept rolling apart and they had completely separate bedding instead of combining as a double. The TV entertainment system was poor. Most channels and apps didn't work."

"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"
