"Lovely little cottage, exactly as described and with everything you could need. Very grateful for the logs, which made for cosy evenings. "We loved our trip to St Ives. The cottage was great for us, as a family of 3. I appreciated the location; on the outskirts of the centre, so you're close to everything but not sureounded by tourists all the time. The cottage is small, but enough space for the three of us and lovely to have some outside space to use. "This property is in an ok location and has clean sheets - for that we were grateful. The staff in the main building tried their utmost to be welcoming and enthusiastic. They did a very good job under the circumstances. The rest is just tragic. The unit is run down, grubby and uncomfortable. Downstairs the kitchen units are about to collapse. "Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"So comfortable and everything we needed. Welcome afternoon tea awaited us. Sue had provided a great welcome pack and full instructions on how to operate the electrical items. We especially enjoyed the Sun Room and because of the bad weather we spent many happy hours relaxing with our books. Great part of the country to visit and plenty to see and do for Adults and Children and nice to learn that if you have a senior bus pass travel is free."

"Great cosy place. Only disappointment was no toiletries when we arrived - we had to go to the shop and buy hand soap! 10% off pub nextdoor - food was ok, decent portions. Room was VERY warm. We turned thermostat off but still needed to open the front door at 1am to get some air. Bed is ok. Bring your own pillows! We had rubbish weather and found tv too small to watch anything. Luckily we bought our laptop. "
