"We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom...

"The Kinta Bali Villa is obviously a satisfactory hotel for your stays at Ipoh! "這是這趟馬來西亞行程中性格比最高的一間酒店。房間十分寬敞，除了膠囊咖啡機外，還有冷熱水機。地點方便，距離著名的老黃芽菜雞、怡發茶室（咖喱麵）再步行距離以內。早上或黃昏天氣不太炎熱時步行到舊街場也是可以的，大概20分鐘。 Check-in時遇到十分熱情的酒店職員，主動跟我們介紹應該去什麼地點觀光、哪裏有好餐廳。再次到訪怡保的話會首選預訂這酒店。"

Beautiful, clean, and serene

"Our stay at Ipoh Bali hotel was fantastic. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful and clean, decorated with carved wood. We loved having breakfast outside in our private garden area, and feeding the koi carp with the hotel provided fish food. We look forward to staying here again and recommending this hotel to our friends and family! "
