Wonderful Renovated Family Friendly Home Close to Boston and Lexington

Located less than 25 minutes from Boston, this charming three bedroom home equipped with everything for your family's needs will be the perfect oasis away the hustle and bustle of the city.

First Floor:
Enter into a warm and inviting family room complete with Samsung UHD TV and Sonos Sound System. One step up leads into the chef's kitchen complete with all Viking appliances and All Clad cookware. The kitchen is part of an open concept living space including an eight seat dining room. A sense of luxury is felt in the living room adorned with shiplapped fireplace, and Hunter Douglass full length shutters. A full bathroom and bedroom allow for flexible sleeping accommodations away from the second floor bedrooms.

Second Floor:
Two generous sized bedrooms share a full bathroom outfitted with brand new lush white towels. The master bedroom has a queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress, SMART TV with access to Amazon Prime, HULU, and Netflix, and blackout custom window treatments. The second bedroom is best suited for children. There is a set of twin size bunk beds, a full size crib, and a toddler bed to accommodate your little ones needs. An easel, some books, and toys allow you to leave the excess "stuff" back home. Built into the top and bottom of the staircase are pull across safety gates.

Perfect location for graduation
We find that renting a house is more economical and comfortable than staying at hotels, and this property did not disappoint. We can for a college graduation, and were able to have a small gathering of friends and family after the graduation. Plenty of space in the house and out in the spacious yard for people to spread out and socialize. Lovely, quiet, comfortable, close to Boston and Waltham.

Returned for a second stay!
My husband, son, daughter-in-law, and I stayed here over Boston Marathon weekend. We had rented this lovely home for a Christmas visit pre-Covid and loved it so much that we booked it again when my son learned he'd be running the iconic race. The home is well-stocked, well-furnished, and you simply can't beat the location. Plus, the owner is exceptionally thoughtful and responsive. We'll be back again!

My family and I were very impressed with this Bedford home! It was spacious, clean and in an excellent location to all the sights we wanted to see. We especially enjoyed the patio and the large neatly manicured yard. We played croquet and my granddaughter got to run to her heart's content. My only negative comment would be that I did not receive the welcome packet at the beginning of our stay; however, that could have been computer error and no fault of the host. When I contacted her, she responded with my answers straight away! I highly recommend this property!

We could not have imagined a more wonderful home for a family! Wonderful property for a stay in the Boston area
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated house in Bedford. The house was extremely clean and we felt immediately comfortable. The neighborhood feels very safe but is still close enough to major roads, offering a very convenient location. The patio and backyard were lovely and the property manager provided enough amenities (toilet paper, soap, shampoo) that we could settle in without running to the store immediately. A solid 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

This home is so welcoming and we felt at home right away. From the moment we walked in we knew we had found a gem from the high end appliances in the kitchen to the lovely glassware and dinner plates. The dining room table is great for dining with friends and family. The beds are comfortable with high end bedding and the bathroom showers are amazing! This home was so inviting and you never felt like you had to worry about anything as it is definitely child friendly. We loved it and hope to go back again!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen.
Our family enjoyed staying in this comfortable home, not far from Boston. It was clean, well maintained, and had a flat screen TV with full cable channels, not just subscription channels like some rentals. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows, linens, etc. Many restaurants just a short drive away. Well appointed kitchen and two roomy bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Amazing Home for Families Near Boston
Traveling for the first time with two toddlers I was nervous about where to stay. Janel's property blew us away with the variety of tools and toys for kiddos, as well as the kid's room and spacious yard for lots of safe play! The home decor is modern and welcoming. We had family over for dinner and they were joking that they would just trade houses with us and they would stay there ; ) Easy ~30 min drive into Boston center, close to great grocery stores and shopping, as well as historical sites. Perfect place for a family visit to Greater Boston
This is a beautiful home. It's roomy, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything guests would need--from cookware and appliances to high-end toiletries and linens. It's located close to tourist attractions and historical landmarks in Lexington and Concord, and provides convenient access to all that Cambridge and Boston have to offer. It's situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. The owners are super friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this property. It's an ideal place for a family to stay in the Greater Boston area.
