We offer paid Off-site reserved GARAGE exclusive use parking spot. But dont worry about parking because you can WALK to literally EVERYTHING!!! Property was super clean, in a perfect location for no vehicle, our only option was to walk. Right in the middle of everything you want to experience in Salem!

This place is amazing for it's location to a lot of museums, shops and restaurants. It was overall clean less a few dishes that were missed. The bedroom need is pretty comfortable compared to hotels for sure! The only issue we had was the toilet and it's orientation/ positioning.. it's located right next to the wall and toilet paper dispenser. You basically have to remove the dispenser and even then you're sitting at an angle. I would recommend they move either the dispenser to the opposite side or reposition the toilet. I'd still rate this place a 9/10 overall.

I've visited Salem five times and this is the absolute best place to stay! Place was immaculate and spacious. It is in the center of town and easy walking distance to EVERYTHING! Will definitely stay there my next visit.

This is a great location. The apartment was clean and cozy. The parking garage was close by. It is a little noisy from traffic and the tenants coming and going. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little property right in the middle of it all. Walking distance to everything. Super cute, and comfortable. We really were only in it to sleep really, with so much do to in town.

Wonderful property in the very heart of the city. Walking distance to virtually every single worthwhile area in town. Easy acces to the property with parking available just around the corner. Communication was great, would absolutely stay again. Great room for couples or small families.

Son's Birthday Trip

Location, Location, Location, need I say more. This rental property is close to everything; it is between the two busiest streets, Derby and Essex. We were able to walk to all of the tourist attractions.

Ideal location to walk to everything Salem. Clean and accurate description. A bit noisy for part of the evening both up above and on the street. But otherwise comfortable, clean and a perfect location.

This is THE perfect location to experience Salem

This location puts you within a short walking distance to most of the sites to see in Salem! Parking is at a minimum in Salem and this location included a dedicated spot in a parking garage that is a very short walk from the house. The place was clean and had everything we needed! The beds were VERY comfortable! We only had one question during our stay and the property manager was very quick to answer! We will eventually return to Salem, and we would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Historic building, outstanding location

It’s hard to imagine a more convenient location in central Salem. This historic building is across the street from the Peabody Essex Museum and close to restaurants and bars, but it’s relatively quiet in November. (The only sounds at night were some footsteps from the apartment above.) The interior was clean and appointed with everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the coffee maker and coffee pods and the washing machine in the unit. All in all a very comfortable stay and good value.

Prime location

Excellent location for walking everywhere! I would stay there again! Only a couple quirks, first, walls were very thin, constantly heard noise from upstairs apartment and people walking by. Second, the toilet paper roll holder is awkwardly placed, so you have to sit crooked on the toilet. Even with those small issues, I hope to get the chance to stay here again!

Great stay!

This place was so much more spacious than the photos made it look like. There was a king bed, queen bed, and a pull out couch. It was very clean and the location was fantastic! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted with no more than a 10 minute walk. Felt very safe and secure. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!
