Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level as well as laundry full bath, kitchen and living room area. Both bedrooms on main floor offer queen sized mattresses. 3rd Bedroom is located on lower level with a NEW KING MATTRESS for your comfort. Second living room area with plenty of seating area and flat screen tv. Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Sleeps 6 people VERY comfortably. Off street parking for one vehicle. Central AC . Outside seating area for your enjoyment. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well. Washer/dryer as well.
No smokers please. Apartment is located on the first floor of two family. No Parties are tolerated. No pets.

The proximity to Essex street with all its shops and good food made this a wonderful location to stay. Salem was a great place and this property made it even more enjoyable.

Fantastic Location In A Fun Town
The property was well appointed and the location was perfect. Restaurants just across the street and historic sites in walking distance were fun & convenient. It was also a great home base for day trips to Boston.

Very easy to communicate with owner. Cant beat the location, right off Derby st near wharf. We were able to park onsite and walk everywhere in Salem. Many restaurants and sights are in easy proximity. Very comfortable space, well stocked kitchen. Fantastic having two full bathrooms. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

We had a short stay in Salem, and this property was the perfect location for us. There were two couples in our group, and the house was perfect for us. It was short walking distance to everything in Salem.

Wonderful stay in Salem
We stayed with our two adult daughters and were extremely pleased with the house. It was larger than it appeared in the pics, very clean, plenty of towels and extras. The location near the old wharf and National Park Historic site was fantastic .

Fantastic property in Great Location
Location, location, location! Central to everything- the wharf and downtown. Nice quiet street, beautiful view of the water. Easy parking. It was really nice having the 2 upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs suite - our college kid could study downstairs in quiet while we did our thing upstairs. Very nice stay.

Awesome location!
The location and house were 5 star! But there could be some changes to make it cozier. I suggest adding bath soap and shampoo and tissues in the bathrooms. The decor was minimal and the bed and pillows in the front bedroom were lumpy and uncomfortable. Nicer sheets would be welcome.

The property was perfect for our group of 5. Great location, plenty of space. Off street parking was a big plus!!! Easy check in process. Our only complaint was the WiFi was spotty at times and no tissues. We had a great Halloween in Salem at this property.

Perfect rental for 3 couples
The property was perfect! The layout and beds were perfect for our group of 6 (3) couples. Very convenient for walking to all attractions in Salem. The unit was very clean and beds were comfy. Off street parking for 2 regular size vehicles, the view is awesome close to the water. Jennifer responded promptly to all communication. Will definitely book this again when we are in the area!

The location really can't be beat. The unit was beautiful with most major amenities. Great size and the two bathrooms were a great bonus. As others have said, updating some mattresses would be great. I would stay here again though

My stay was wonderful! Very quaint apartment with an awesome kitchen! The location is perfect...great view of the bay, walkable to absolutely everything, and right across the street from a delightful coffee shop. Thank you to Jennifer, for helping me get access when I had problems accessing VRBO's website! You were awesome!
