The rooms were well-appointed, comfortable, clean with modern fixtures and appliances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of food options and the restaurant area very clean and comfortable. The gym area was spacious and well-equipped. Overall the hotel is good value for money. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle from Boston Logan airport. When I first called they told me 15 minutes max. I had to call two more times and was always tolk 15 minutes. Finally one showed up after waiting an hour an 20 minutes. Unexceptional. I asked morning stsff if there was a drug store nearby and he said no I walked outside and there was a shopping center across the street with a Target, about a five minute walk. You would think the desk staff would have known Brrakfast was included. But most hot items were lukewarm at best. For the price I paid i would have expected better shuttle service from the airport and staff who were familiar with the area.

I was very unhappy when the front desk told me I had reservations for three rooms. But I only needed two. They changed the reservation but said I had to call expedia if I wanted to get my money back. I made a long call to them just to find out that it wasn't expedia who did it but somebody I had never heard of travelpass.com I called them and they said that they had refunded $328 but there is n such refund or credit on my statement.
