Housed on the third floor of our 1890 Victorian home in the city's thriving South Boston neighborhood, we are conveniently located (adjacent to downtown & close to the BCEC) on East Broadway with a bus stop at the corner of our block. In light of CoVid, we are contact-free since renters have separate access through the basement and back stairwell to the top floor unit. While we've always taken pride in being immaculate, we are taking extra steps to completely disinfect all exposed areas/surfaces. Parking is available for a small fee and pets are welcome for longer term visits.
Adjacent to the 'village' area, everything is safely within walking distance including the BCEC, restaurants, the subway (Red line Broadway Stop), grocery/drug stores, parks, Dorchester Heights historical monument, and the beach. This 1,100 square-ft immaculate, spacious 4-room apartment + full bath/tub has its own separate entrance w/partial city views, central air, speedy wifi, and a sizable eat-in kitchen. The unit is basic, providing a great value for a clean, comfortable, well-stocked space. The owners who occupy the downstairs make every effort to make the process easy & straightforward from start to finish for all renters. As only the 7th listing on Boston/VRBO 17 years ago we've thoroughly enjoyed this labor of love, and all the wonderful people we've met.
We host families, tourists, actors, marathoners, and corporate clients - all enjoy our convenient location to downtown, the airport, public transport and Boston's main attractions including the Freedom Trail/Boston Common, Fenway Park, Children's Museum, JFK Library/Museum..... all within 2 - 3 miles from here. There is no need to rent a car unless traveling well outside the city limits, although there is free on-street parking. We also have a parking spot you can rent for $15/night, just a few doors down.
